My first visit to Havana and won't be my last... these guys gave me a stay to remember, it was my Birthday whilst there, I got a cake, and a lovely greeting, also they they got me a Classic car to Buena Vista Social club... before I headed to Varadero... 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to Raymundo, Elizabeth, Ruben,Cristina Edgar, and Iran... and all staff were lovely. The second time I stayed at the hotel, I changed the room type. The quality was still not to say, and it exceeded our expectations. I thought that the slightly basic room type might be bad, but in fact, the hardware service is still online, and the top floor scenery is still good. Highly recommended!

Thank you Voya staff for going over and beyond to take care of Boss Moves T.L.F travel group. I need to elaborate on how the staff effectively communicated with me and answered all my questions several months in advance before my group arrived from the USA. When we arrived to the hotel we were provided welcome drinks and a cold towel to wash our face and hands. They also had a very beautiful complimentary breakfast, and an amazing sundown service. I looked forward to receiving the goodnight notes and pieces chocolate before bed. As we prepared to leave the staff gifted us with a fifth of Havana Cuban rum and a very beautiful magnet. Hands down this will be my go to place for Boss Moves T.L.F clients. In addition THANK YOU Voya staff for being so kind and sweet to my daughter. Signed, Tina F.

Not a bad hotel to stay for 1-2 days, good location and decent breakfast, small rooms, no windows. The girl at the reception speaks good Russian, she was very helpful in solving current problems, thank you very much.

Another great stay at El Encanto. Everything is just so easy and they really give you that personal service like you are home. It is great to be back in Cuba after COVID. Everything is back and better. El Encanto is perfectly located in Central Habana. Super close walking distance to everything... the Malecon, Vedado, Hotel Nacional, Habana Vieja and Downtown. The rooms are well appointed with flat screen TVs, full bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure, they even have little refrigerators for drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe area to walk at any time. Close to many restaurants. The hotel can exchange money for your which makes it super convenient and trustworthy. They know the area well and have plenty of recommendations. Taxis are easily available. The hotel can call and make reservations and taxis. They speak English. There are many room types for families, single travelers, etc. Great views from the roof terrace as well. They also have beer and water to purchase. The Wifi is included and reliable. Oh, and the included breakfast is perfect to start the day.
