They may not be the best photos to show the place, but you can see the space of the room and the Mallorcan summer vibe that emerges from it. We got an apartment with a kitchen and its accessories, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. A super comfortable and spacious bed, with sockets on both sides of the bed to charge both laptops and mobiles. Sink with shower, towels and shampoo/gel included. A spectacular place to spend a few days on the island. The facility has a swimming pool and tennis courts at your disposal. Very close to the beach and a beautiful cove. When we were there, only the Portocolom supermarkets were open, but right in front of the enclosure there is a Spar for shopping.

Would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff! Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Johanna on front desk when we arrived at 3.20 am was extremely lovely as was Iman. There was also another lady whose name I have missed. Began with an A. Beds were really comfortable, pillows soft and fluffy. Pool was small but nice enough to sit round. Quiet area perfect for relaxing. Great views of the lighthouse. Breakfast was good. Plenty of usual choices- cooked/ pastries/fruit Downside - no fridge or kettle in the room and the safe key was broken for our room so we had to move. Which was only next door so not too much hassle. However the rooms were very clean and well presented. Beds made up during the day whilst we were out. Generally a chilled back atmosphere around the whole place. We did have dinner booked but decided to eat out by choice so cannot comment on dinner service. Walking distance to shops the marina and beautiful bars/restaurants, also to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen! So far! All in all - lovely place to stay! Would I go back? Yes I would.

Hotel and pool areas very well maintained and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially those at the pool bar. Our room on 6th floor was clean and bright and had good side views over the bay and marina but lacked a little finesse in that there was no telephone in the room and no welcome pack - a QR code was on the wall containing all the hotel details but some older people may find this inconvenient. Also lack of phone in the room meant that you had to go down to Reception if you needed anything - not ideal for example in an emergency if you needed medical help urgently etc. Also frustrating that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - it would have been nice to wake up with a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony before going down to breakfast. Breakfast was adequate but not great choice - only three fresh fruits every day - no bananas or oranges. Limited cereals but excellent pastries! All in all - good clean hotel which could be great with little more attention to detail.

Had a lovely chill out week, in this great hotel. Plenty of room in my suite, lovely decor/colour scheme. Lots of cupboard and drawer space, matteress and pillows were comfy. Only criticism, the metal toilet roll holder is to low and to close to the toilet on the wall. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed when I needed them to be. Restaurant is well laid out, except for the low lights above the tables. Witnessed many people banging their heads on them, including myself. Food was good at dinner time, i always found something I liked to eat. Did not agree with having to buy bottled water to drink, with evening meal though. I have been holidaying abroad 4 times a year for 20 years. And found the water was always left on from the breakfast machine and available free at dinner. I did find it unusual that there was certain veg served up at breakfast. Like, peas, sprouts, carrots, plus battered calamari from night before. Pool area was lovely and clean, but just a bit more attention paid to wiping the metal parts on the sun beds, as they were a little grubby. A big shout out for Paula on reception, she made us feel so welcome. Friendly, helpful, smiley, and a big asset to the hotel. Also another big shout out to Mosses in the dinning room, always greeted us with a smile and a few friendly words. Always on the go and we never saw him stand still once. I think promotion should be on the cards for Mosses as the restaurant manager. Also another hard worker that we noticed was Sofiane. He was so polite and a well mannered hard working young man. All in all, myself, my son, daughter inlaw 2 granddaughter's 2 and 7, and had a lovely stay. And will be returning next year.
