Très bon hôtel, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec plusieurs choix de la vraie confiture comme on utiliserait à la maison c’était chaleureux. Le personnel d’accueil est très gentil et très patient car nous avons eu un souci sur le numéro de réservation et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution pendant 50 minutes et on a fini par réussir à voir une chambre sans que l’employé paraisse agacé. Ma chambre était très propre confortable, aucun bruit on n’a pas été réveillé, le personnel ne rentre pas la chambre même si on part à 12h03 à la place de 12h on ne se sent pas jeter dehors (ce qui arrive quasiment dans tous les hôtels). La salle de déjeuné est propre les ascenseurs, les couloirs, les micro-ondes tout est propre ! En tout cas c’était un séjour top merci beaucoup; on reviendra !

Nice and comfortable during my two weeks stay. Manager and the staffs are wonderful and really helpful. The room and bed are spacious. Location is quiet . Transport is great. 5 minutes to shops and 12 minutes to the nearby railway station. Will definitely come again.

I am a member of IHG Platinum Card, and I have to live in 30-40 Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Intercontinental around the world in one year. This hotel is not in the center of Paris. It is very convenient if you drive by car, especially for the self-driving tour to Versailles, because the hotel has a three-dimensional parking lot, and it is possible to go to the Concord Square in the city center with UBER. 33 euros. Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

Big computer problem in the hotel when I arrived. Impossible for the reception staff to check any reservation. So they asked all customers who had booked online on another platform to pay the price of the room, for the time being, as a deposit. Now the only concern that may arise since the computer problem is, a priori, not resolved, is to recover this deposit because in the end I paid once on your platform and once at the hotel, moreover, full price!!!!!! The Accor group is a disgrace in terms of managing this problem and my heart goes out to the hotel staff who are totally abandoned by the Accor group. Shame on them !!!!!!

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...
