Dona Paula Villas

I stayed for 5 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, helped booking cabs, provide suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location was also great, safe and a few minutes walk to the beach and Dona Paula circle. I loved staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay at the Taj Heritage was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us especially Riya from reception and Nikita for guest relations. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean as was our room thanks to the cleaners. There was a great selection at breakfast and a good supply of coffee thanks to the wonderful waitress Thulasi. The food at High Tea was the best we’d eaten on our entire trip so it’s definitely worth a try, and if you’re still hungry for dinner you have the choice of 3 different restaurants. Before dinner we made the most of happy hour at Taverna bar with excellent service from Bhaskar. During the day there is always space to chill around the pool or a sun lounger by the beach. One of the only negatives of the hotel is the constant boat trips in and out of the beach area which is quite noisy, this could also be heard from our balcony. The reason for the boat trips is the water sports company that uses the beach. Unfortunately it’s a public beach so the hotel has no control over this.

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Near to dona paula view point only walkable distance. Was a bit difficult to find it as google map location showed destination before reaching hotel.

Had an amazing lunch at Bay 15 Goa during the trip.preparation was quite good.you can enjoy your meal with sea view and soothing music .Though Goa is on hotter side in march and dining outside is little bit crazy on our part but surrounding gave us a cool breeze feel to us.Both for placing order and for the bill had to wait a bit.
