This hotel was booked my travel agent for 26th and 27th January 2024. I checked in on 26th and checked out on 28th morning. The owner did not say anything about payment till the time of check out. At that time, he is using all uncivilised language and asking me to pay rent Rs. 5000/ for two days. Instead of he asking the travel agency who booked the hotel, he is forcing me to pay. Nobody should visit this sort of cheaters managed hotels

I was travelling solo and I had a pleasant stay here. The room and bathroom were neat with all basic necessities provided. My room wasnt ready yet as I checked in early, however I had to leave for the temple soon so they helped me with a room to change and get ready. Also, next day when i had to leave early, they packed breakfast for me (bread and butter) for my travel upon request. The staff at the reception and the door *** were very helpful. The staff at the restaurant can get better in terms of taking order as they were not understanding and were not attentive. However, overall it was a safe stay for me as a solo traveler and will recommend to others too. Its also very near to the temple and is walkable. Thank you.

It's genuine review. It's really great experience with my family stay, staff was good also. About food- punjabi, buttermilk & another items are, really superb taste. Restaurant staff specially arrange chinese food on urgent basis for my child. In one line - if you want to stay in dwarka, choose only hotel holiston.

A wonderful exeperience. We had booked suit room. Room was quite spacious, with all required amenities. Neat and clean. All Staff is polite and co operative. Buffet breakfast was nice and tasty. Would like to mention about restaurant staff, Mr. Harish and team, very co operative, pilite, good service with yummy dishes. Overall our sray at VITS Devbhoomi Dwaraka was a nice. I will highly recommend this hotel for stay in Dwaraka. Shilpa
