Very impressive lodging. The room is spotless clean, well appointed and comfortable. Good hot shower with plenty of water pressure. It was quiet and peaceful. Front desk went out of his way to give local suggestions for our group. Easy walk to old town and train station. Good WiFi. The bed was average for Europe—could use an upgrade for American taste. Even with all of those praises, the included breakfast was outstanding. Choices of cold meats, perfect croissants, fresh fruit and multiple selections of local pastries. Coffee was hot and strong! All this enjoyed in an open garden. Don’t miss out on this delightful hotel!

Questo hotel si trova a ridosso del centro storico di Fabriano con comodissimo parcheggio proprio di fronte alla struttura. Comodamente a piedi si raggiunge il centro ed il museo della carta e filigrana. La nostra stanza era la New York al secondo piano, suite molto grande, super luminosa con bagno finestrato e doccia spaziosa. Silenziosissima anche perché lontano dall' ascensore, abbiamo dormito bene, i materassi li ho trovati molto comodi. La colazione è deliziosa con tanti prodotti freschi e soprattutto con tanta offerta di senza glutine. Abbiamo gradito molto le caramelle in camera...una tira l'altra! Ringrazio il Sig. Andrea per l'ospitalità e l'offerta che ci ha riservato ed anche la sua collaboratrice della sala colazione. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura in pieno centro, camera ferma al secolo scorso, che basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare...Una cucina senza scolapasta, finestera senza una antina, un rubinetto rotto, la pulizia decisamente da rivedere. Un punto in più per la cortesia dei proprietari. Ricordatevi di avvisare del vostro arrivo 15 minuti prima, i proprietari non abitano della struttura ed evitate così di dover aspettare al portone.
