つくば駅近くのノバホールでのコンサート後に利用しました。越谷から車で、高速を使わず１時間３０分。帰り道暗い中での運転に自信が無く１泊することに。駅からは少し距離が有りますが、無料の貸し自転車が有るので、宿泊料金が5000円（土曜日）と格安で、他のサイトでの口コミの良いこちらに決めて大正解でした。駐車場は広くて無料。受付のスタッフも丁寧で感じが良かったです。食事室では常にコーヒーが無料で飲めます。朝食は品数は少ないですが、サラダとロールパン・ジュース・スープ・コーヒーと私にとっては充分でした。旧館の２階の部屋で古さは感じましたが、綺麗に掃除されており浴衣も有りこのお値段で宿泊でき良かったです。
