The location of the hotel is very good. 5 minutes to the center by car. The hotel has no problem with parking. When you enter the key, they pull it to the parking area. Fine. Room width is ideal, cleanliness is good, balcony design is very good, they do not see you from another room. You swim in the sea with 10 fish. The port side is better. The beach side is small. The variety of dishes is less, but the products, which I can not say anything about their taste, are good. You won't be hungry. But there is a queue, the reason is that people are waiting for the frying part, so I'll buy ready-made food, it's overflowing. The frying place needs to be replaced with a pita place. Drinks etc. nice raki izmir, beer efes, whiskey jb blah blah. But their necklaces are not beautiful, unfortunately. The hotel is pretty good for the price. If you say I will stay again, I will definitely stay.

The hot water in the shower is wet and this is quite hard in winter. I can see ara in the cleanliness of the room. But the front staff was gentle and the location and view were good, so it was not painful to stay.

We stayed in Asena hotel for 15 days and enjoyed with beautiful view of the sea. Hotel is on the 1st line to the beach. The sea is wonderful, warm and has sandy beach and bottom. The room is a little small for 2 person, but clean, has all necessary conveniences The restaurant is on the 6th floor. From it you can see an amazing and wide sea with a charming view. Food is tasty and very different, they offer a lot of salads, fruit and cakes for your choice. The staff is very hospitable, ready to help you with all your problems. And I would like to say my gratitude to the receptionist Jumhur for his kindness and attentiveness to all our requests.

Stayed here for my secound time in two years with my fiancé. This is an amazing hotle with beautiful views all around from the top of hotle where you can sit out or lie out on the sun chairs and the fabulous sun beds with beautiful shelter where you can relax in comfort and peace and not to mention fabulous clean pool. The staff are very friendly and the hygiene and room service is very good. Bedroom was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and toiletries. We will definitely be back for our third year. What we liked most about the hotel was its location. It has its own small but clean beach, part of it is stony and part of it is sand. The rooms are quite spacious and old but well-kept. The number of staff is insufficient, they do their best, but due to this, there are disruptions, especially in the restaurant. When the meal time starts, the food served and Most of the desserts are consumed in the first half hour, they are not replaced, you can make do with the remaining one or two varieties, however, finding a table that is not full of dirty plates is a big problem. The pool is clean, but there is a serious race for sunbeds at the hotel. At 9 in the morning, sunbeds are placed and reserved with towels around both the beach and the pool. Most of them are not used during the day. Especially the animation team is very successful. Separate activities and shows are organized during the day and in the evenings.

First of all, I make this comment considering the price and performance relationship. As an apart hotel, we liked Özgün Apart Hotel very much. The gentleman who owns it is a very hospitable and caring person. Apart hotel is clean. Walking distance to women's beach. There are Migros, simit cafes and ATMs a hundred meters away. Using this place as a base, we made our trips around Kuşadası and Selçuk. We were very pleased. We recommend it to you too.

Our agency in istanbul booked this hotel for us. it is very good. but they need some improvements in cleaning. but we still appriciate their efforts and give them 5 star, we had land view room but we didn't like it, then we contacted with tour agency they talk with hotel and gave us sea view room and didn't charged anything extra, we are thankful to this hotel staff and tour agency in istanbul
