The hotel's location is excellent, very close to where I needed to go. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they even helped me store my luggage. It's definitely worth staying here.

The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast.

The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?

Joy and Convenience for a Multi-Generational Family Keywords for our stay: Independent spaces, shared courtyard, family activities Traveling to Sanya with my parents and two children, my biggest concerns were disturbing each other and my elderly parents getting tired. This three-story villa in Haitang Bay, with its private elevator and indoor hot spring pool, perfectly addressed all our worries. The villa's space planning was excellent: The ground-floor suite with a yard was convenient for my parents, who have limited mobility. They especially enjoyed soaking in the warm pool in the courtyard to relax their muscles. The second floor was the children's paradise, complete with a dedicated game room. The third floor was our master bedroom with ocean views. Everyone had their own private space, yet we could all gather in the super-large open-plan kitchen and dining area on the first floor. We often bought fresh seafood from a nearby market and cooked it ourselves, allowing my parents to enjoy familiar home-cooked flavors, which made them happier than any restaurant meal. The services provided by the villa also showed a strong family-oriented approach. Not only did they prepare children's slippers, bathrobes, and beach toys in advance, but they also arranged a ”family coconut cake making” activity for us. Three generations sat together, from cracking open coconuts to extracting the flesh, shaping, and steaming – there was constant laughter. In the evening, the whole family watched an old movie in the private cinema, enjoying precious family time. This trip, thanks to such a spacious, convenient, and joyful 'home away from home,' made both fulfilling filial duties and spending quality time with the children easy and complete.

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! The direct sea view is incredibly therapeutic – watching the ocean every day really lifts your spirits. We stayed in Building 3 for three nights, but couldn't extend our stay there, so we moved to Building 2 for another three nights. The 17th floor in Building 2 was superb! It's about a 20-minute walk to the duty-free shop. Swimming in the downstairs pool was so much fun; I loved watching all the happy kids splashing around every day. Atlantis Waterpark is just a pleasant 7-8 minute walk away. The cleaning service was very thorough and responsible. Compared to a regular Airbnb, a serviced apartment like this has the added bonus of daily cleaning, which is great. Everything was perfect except for the slow internet connection. I hope it's better next time I visit!

Traveling as a family of three, this place perfectly met all our needs. It's not far from the beach, and you can even go horseback riding right by the sand, which is great for photos. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The place is beautiful, the grounds are clean, and it's clear the complex is well maintained. We rented a motorcycle with a sidecar, but we weren't allowed on the grounds. We left it near the security booth at the entrance. An open car picked us up at the apartment, or we walked 7-10 minutes. The apartment has views of the mountains and monkeys 🐒. There's a small playground, a jacuzzi on the balcony, and four balconies! Two bedrooms, and a washing machine. The furniture is a bit tired, the cleaning is mediocre, the oven in the kitchen didn't work, and there are no utensils for cooking on the stove (scrambled eggs, porridge) (there is a huge frying pan and saucepan), as well as European utensils (forks, spoons), and no dishwashing liquid. We stayed for two days and went out for dinner because we couldn't cook at home. But overall, it's livable 😊 For the convenience of guests, I'd add salt, tea, sugar, dish soap, and utensils.👍🏻

When in Sanya, I only dare to order seafood set meals; I wouldn't even consider the restaurants recommended by local drivers [petrified R][petrified R]. I've read so many posts from other girls, and there are just too many examples of people being ripped off or getting stale seafood in Sanya. This time, my husband booked a beachfront villa hotel. ”Shanhe Yuankuo” offers either detached or semi-detached villas, and the rooms are super spacious. The hotel is just a few hundred meters from Sanya Bay and about 5 kilometers from Yanglan Farmers Market. It even has a kitchen, which is incredibly convenient. At the market, mantis shrimp were 55 yuan a jin, and arm-sized groupers were 28 yuan a jin [laughing R][laughing R]! Flower crabs were 30 yuan a jin, and some crabs were even priced in single digits per piece! [screaming R][screaming R][screaming R] It was such a great deal! Cooking for ourselves was clean, hygienic, and cheap. The money we saved on processing fees meant we could afford another meal! [laughing R][laughing R] True relaxation is about letting your body and mind resonate with nature. After dinner, we'd stroll along the beach. The sand in front of the hotel was uncrowded, with lots of beautiful shells and tiny crabs that scurried away when they saw people. The boss is very nice. The room is very clean. I overslept the next day and no one said anything. I come to Sanya every year when I have time and basically book a villa. This villa is the most cost-effective one I have stayed in Sanya

This villa B&B was an amazing experience! The environment was quiet and spotless, the space was large and bright, and the decor was cozy and tasteful. It was fully equipped with comfortable bedding, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The host was warm and thoughtful, communication was smooth, and getting around the area was convenient. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's perfect for families or friends getting together, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
