GGcxwThis homestay is truly stunning, and the owner’s eye for beauty and detail shines through in every corner. From the gentle sound of the mini fountain to the lush greenery, and the serene pond filled with koi fish surrounding the zither in the courtyard — everything comes together like a living artwork. The décor and furniture are thoughtfully curated, and fresh flowers are placed in the vases every few days, adding a refreshing touch to the space.
Beyond its aesthetics, the homestay radiates warmth. Breakfast is lovingly prepared for guests every morning, and snacks are thoughtfully provided at night. The owner is incredibly generous and always makes sure we are well-fed and cared for. His dedication to high service standards is evident throughout the stay, reflected not only in his actions but also in how attentive the staff are. They frequently checked in to ensure we were comfortable.
We were also recommended places to go to, and He Gang provided many insightful information and advice.
We were fortunate to experience three different rooms as we extended our stay, and each one was beautifully designed, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. Staying here has been one of the most memorable highlights of our trip.
On our last day, when we couldn’t make it for breakfast, we were handed a hearty packed meal and some souvenirs to bring along with us on our train ride — a gesture we deeply appreciated.

YYuzijiangtongxueIt's a ten-minute walk from the subway. It's in a neighborhood where it's very dark at night. In the morning, the residents of the nearby community got up, and the voices from outside came in, which was also a bit noisy. It’s just average. For B&Bs without elevators, it’s better to pay more to live in other rooms. The one we live in is cheaper, it’s very small, and the roof is slanted. The TV doesn't seem to be the kind that can cast a screen. Didn't find the TV remote and gave up. What I want to complain is that there is not even a table in the room that can be used as a dressing table or a takeaway table. There is only one chair and a table like a very low wooden pier. It can only hold a cardboard box, and two people cannot be in the room. Have a meal. But the sanitation is not bad, it is very clean, there are mosquitoes in the room, and mosquito repellent spray is also given. There are a few good homestays in Xi'an with around 200 yuan. When I booked this room, it was 195 - next time I will not live again.

They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.

The tea room in the room is very professional, and every equipment has been disinfected. The room is very deep, with a chess and card room, a tea room, and a living room.
The room itself is also very luxurious, and the bedding is so clean that you don't want to get up when you lie down on it.
After staying for a while, the butler served afternoon tea. The quality was also very good. It felt better than a five-star hotel. There are flower cakes, sunshine roses, black tea, peanuts, mulberries, and roses. I guess I will come back again in two days!

GGuest UserJust near Tang Town, the roadside villa area is very easy to find. The housekeeper was very intimate to upgrade us to the homestay in Tang Town. The two rooms and one living room were originally booked, but now it has been upgraded to three rooms. It can accommodate 7 people, but we have three people. It is very spacious. The townhouse is stacked, independent small courtyard and private soup pool, the elevator on the first floor is directly on the third floor, the third, fourth and fifth floors are ours, and several large balconies. The housekeeper was very thoughtful and meticulous about the location of the items in the room and some ways of use. He especially reminded me that parents should not slip up and down the stairs and enter and exit the private soup pool. Other things can be actively responded and solved. The autumn scenery in the villa area is pleasant and it is very convenient to eat in Tangzhen. Go again next time.

I chose this one after looking at the evaluation pictures. I specially chose the loft. The distance from the subway exit is close, but it is a climb. I also have a 20-inch suitcase. For i people really don't want to trouble others, and it's too close. It's the big sun climbing to find it. Although there are signs at the door, it's also a waste of effort to find it. The owner was very enthusiastic and told me that the pick-up and drop-off included that the evening performance was too late. You can contact me by phone. It was very intimate, but I still chose not to bother. This very close mountain road is still a bit quiet, there are no street lights, taxis are also afraid, so I suggest you trouble the owner to pick it up.
The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the environment is beautiful, the service is intimate, the small problem is that the loft floor-to-ceiling windows I chose are opened directly facing the outside layer, emmm... Then I don’t want to be seen by others. Isn’t it because the curtains have been closed, so what is the meaning of my ordering this floor-to-ceiling landscape loft? It is recommended to stick the glass sticker outside and can't see the inside, reminding the residents. The overall feeling is OK.
