"We had a horrible experience, when we arrived at 18:30, as there was no reception, they had not sent us the instructions to enter and no one took us the phone we called, more than an hour waiting and trying to enter. It was very bad that a girl came, who, if she had the instructions and had sent her an emergency phone, there called her and, as she knew English, explained what happened to us and they already sent us instructions. They could have put that phone at least on the door. They have called us to apologize, but it was terrible how bad we passed"
