Review Title: Unsafe Staircase – Serious Safety Hazard When we first entered the unit, we were shocked to find a long, narrow staircase—laminated, steep, and slippery, with no resistance strips on the steps. We managed to walk up slowly with our luggage, exercising extra care, and enjoyed a pleasant evening with the convenience of a full kitchen. However, the next morning during check‑out, the worst happened: one of our guests slipped and fell, suffering a broken leg that required surgery. As the hotel operates on a self check‑in and self check‑out system, there were no staff present to assist, and we had to call an ambulance ourselves to avoid delaying treatment. We wrote to the hotel requesting an incident report, but received no response. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. Key concerns: No signage to indicate slippery stairs. No staff presence to provide assistance in emergencies. No response to our incident report request. This was a traumatic and preventable incident. The hotel must urgently address these safety lapses to protect future guests.

The location is fantastic, very close to Taoyuan Terrace, and it's super convenient to take the cable car. The whole place is clean, and having a hot spring, cold bath, sauna, and a small garden terrace all in one unit is incredible value for money. The kitchenware is also very well-stocked; you can do BBQ, shabu-shabu, whatever you want, it's great! Just a heads-up: to use the vending machines outside, you need to download a specific app, and not all of them work. If there's an expired item in one, it locks down completely and won't dispense anything. The nearest 24-hour unmanned convenience store down the slope also has very limited selection, so if you're driving, make sure to stock up on everything before you come here to relax.

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

I made a reservation for 8 university students. It was a beautiful house just like the picture and it was great! ! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils, so I didn't have any trouble cooking. I was also surprised that there was a hot plate that you could use to make crepes. There was only a shower room on the first floor, but there were two bathrooms, so it was okay for a large number of people, and there were 5 beds. I was very satisfied with the ability to connect the projector to my smartphone and play live footage and my favorite MV. I would like to stay for another month. Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation.

This hotel is brand new and offers fantastic amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, a very clean washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher! The best part is the in-room hot spring bath. Every evening, I looked forward to soaking in the 'natural hot spring components (Yunohana)'. It was incredibly relaxing! I learned that this type of spring water is excellent for relieving fatigue, joint pain, and is even good for your skin. Since I stayed for 5 days, the only minor inconvenience was the lack of an outdoor recycling area, so I had to contact customer service online for trash pickup. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Very good, very comfortable

There was a projector and a whirlpool bath, so I enjoyed the inn life! There were fashionable cafes, shops, supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient. It's easy to go by bus from Zushi Station!

A great place to rest on the ocean shore. Next to the apartment there is an exit to the beach at once. Very comfortable and large on the area. Everything is clean, comfortable. For me it was a huge plus a big bathroom! From stopping the train minutes 7-10 on foot. There is lawson nearby. The hosts are very friendly and are ready to help at once. Registration is very simple. We enjoyed resting in this place
