"The house is huge and the view from it, and the garden in front, is magnificent. You can see the entire cozy town. The house is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and it has everything you need: a washing machine, hairdryer, stove, and kettle. We didn't receive check-in instructions and had to call the owner to clarify how to get in. The owner answered and was able to help us; we communicated in English. Important information: if you go down the stairs by the house and cross the road, you'll see a building with a thatched roof – that's a public mixed-gender Onsen. You can relax there for just 300 yen."

This is a modern accommodation with state-of-the-art facilities in Yufuin. We stayed in a sauna room, and it was fantastic to have both an indoor hot spring bath and an outdoor sauna. The room was very spacious and clean, and the view of the bamboo forest from the living room was truly relaxing. There are two rooms on the second floor with three beds each; since it was just my family of four, we had plenty of space, but it would be ample enough for two families to stay as well. It is a place I would definitely want to stay at again if I visit.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in a rather remote area, making the entrance difficult to find. There's a campsite nearby called ”The Village,” accessible via a downhill path. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with a washing machine, three bedrooms, and comfortable accommodations. Suitable for large groups of friends or families. The kitchen is well-equipped. Netflix is a welcome addition, and the internet connection is stable.
I would suggest providing garbage bags and increasing the capacity of the trash cans. Since there are no restaurants nearby, cooking generates a lot of garbage, and only small trash cans are provided, which is inconvenient.
Overall, a good experience; I'll definitely come back!

Love private indoor and outdoor onsen the most. Really relax and nice cute villa. Cozy and good quality of bed sheets/blankets. Only a couple points for improvement. No door code being provided in advance prior to the arrival date and I had to make a call in order to get the access code. I can’t find the light switch in the dining room. Later find out that it was a remote control to turn it on. No instruction. However, overall I like the house especially the private onsen.

Such a quaint Japanese home. Hot spring bath was huge and can fit more than 1 person. Comes with a huge parking lot...however the street leading to the villa was very narrow. It was a huge challenge for us with a 7-seater MPV.

The location is OK, but you must take a car. The car is parked next to the villa. It is very convenient. If you go to Jinlin Lake on foot, it takes about 30 minutes.
 There is an independent hot spring, a large kitchen, and six beds. It is suitable for a large family to live in. The price is not reasonable.

A family of eight lives here is great
Facilities are perfect
Hot springs and indoor and outdoor differences
Everyone can take a shower separately.
Those who want to soak for a little longer can stay outdoors
Very satisfied with this
There is a gas stove for use.
Buy something at the supermarket.
Can go back to the accommodation to cook
But it's a short distance from the shopping street.
It will be a bit scary to go back at night 😅
There is no convenience store nearby
