Welcome to KVN — a rare, private villa retreat in Nikko, set on a spacious 3,000 m² estate with only two villas on the entire property. Located within 800 meters of Nikko Station, it’s close enough for effortless access—yet once you step inside the grounds, it feels like your own quiet sanctuary, far from the noise. Each villa hosts up to 4 guests, designed for couples, close friends, or families who value space, comfort, and privacy. One of KVN’s signature features is the garden’s magnificent century-old cherry tree—a true local treasure. On the right morning, you can simply stay in bed and take in its presence, with birdsongs as your natural alarm. The garden often welcomes strolling cats, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot a deer passing through. All-weather BBQ, made easy Our BBQ area is set under a covered gazebo with table seating, so you can enjoy grilling even on rainy or snowy days. We provide charcoal and fire starters free of charge. You’re welcome to bring your own—there’s a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car: Lion D’or Nikko (リオン・ドール 日光店). Outdoor spa under the stars Each villa features a spacious terrace and a garden lounge area, plus a 2-meter open-air spa tub. Whether it’s a crisp winter evening with falling snow or a calm night sky in warmer seasons, soaking outdoors here is a uniquely Nikko experience—quiet, warm, and unforgettable. 4LDK private house located in the Nikko/Kinugawa area. This renovated traditional house can accommodate up to 10 people. A seafood hot pot set, a BBQ set, or a shabu-shabu set can be ordered to enjoy at ourproperty. (Reservation required) Charcoal BBQ, large pots and sauna are available with extra charge. (advance reservation required). While guests with tattoos are often not allowed to use public baths at traditional inns, our semi-open-air bath is available for use even if you have tattoos. We’re so excited to tell you more about our lovely accommodation! This lovely house is a perfect blend of Japanese and Western styles, set in a spacious garden. We love animals, so we’re delighted to welcome you and your furry friends! There’s even a covered BBQ area in the garden, and a cosy fireplace. Just let us know if you’d like to use the rental items. We have two lovely rooms with six beds on the second floor and some super fun bunk beds with extras on the first floor. We have a lovely large parking lot (free of charge) where you can park your camping trailer, so you can come with your family or several cars. And there’s more! We also have a lovely detached house connected to the main house by a corridor, which we can make available for you if you would like it. Just let us know! The spacious living room in the main house can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people with futon mattresses (available for an additional fee).
