GGuest UserThe communication from the host after booking is good. Location is not too far from the airport however as my room is very close to kitchen and the room is not noise free so you can pretty much hear everything from people cleaning , cooking , talking as if you are in the same room all the time. ,even my dinner end at 7 pm the cooking for the staff and all won’t end at around 9 which is not good if you really want to rest up and sleep. Apart from that location is good. Surrounding is beautiful. Food is ok I would prefer more traditional Srilankan than they are trying to make western food and not as impressive. Spring roll is over cooked and vegetables soup was not impressive. It also just that they won’t stop cooking for themselves afterward as well until late night and my room would smell. Maybe they should have circulation better and advertise that we can hear everything all the time as sharing space.

NNazmulMYSMy stay at this guest house was a mixed experience. The biggest highlights were the excellent cleanliness and convenient location. The property was very clean, well maintained, and situated in a great area with easy access to nearby attractions and essentials.
Service was average overall, but one thoughtful feature that made a positive impression was the on-demand TukTuk service, which added convenience and made getting around much easier.
The main disappointment was the amenities, which were quite limited and below expectations. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of facilities and guest comfort.
Overall, this guest house is a good choice if you value cleanliness, location, and practical transport support, though better amenities and more attentive service would make the stay even better.

BBINGFENGSuper cost-effective homestay! Very clean. We arrived just after one o'clock in the morning, and the butler was also waiting. The environment is very good, the fruits are grown in the orchard in the villa area, the breakfast is rich, the staff will also enthusiastically accompany the children to play, the tree house is very good! Recommend recommended!

GGuest UserWe spent an unforgettable night at Ishq. It's a pity that we didn't stay a few more days because of time. We'll leave it for next time! The hotel is simple and elegant, the bedding and furniture in the room are quite tasteful, and the hotel has a very charming library. I really want to stay in it for a week and enjoy the quiet time of reading in the breeze; the hotel is well maintained and clean, and the bedding has a fresh smell of sunshine, which is very rare in a hot and humid coastal city; we enjoyed an unforgettable dinner in the exquisite restaurant, with dancing candlelight and cool breeze, which is so romantic! It is also worth mentioning that our housekeeper Darshana is very enthusiastic and professional, and provided us with a lot of help. Thanks to the Ishq team for providing guests with such a beautiful resting environment!
