This group tour of the Melbourne Steam Train and Phillip Island was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned and smooth. The Puffing Billy Steam Train was both retro and soothing, winding through the Dandenong Ranges with picturesque scenery. The open-top carriages were incredibly comfortable, perfect for taking amazing photos. The Chinese-speaking guide was professional and enthusiastic, providing engaging commentary and attentive guidance throughout the journey. We didn't have to worry about transportation or tickets, making it a relaxed and worry-free experience. The evening penguin parade on Phillip Island was adorable; the sight of the little blue penguins waddling home was heartwarming. The atmosphere was orderly, and the guide even reminded us of important information beforehand. The driver and guide were reliable, the pace was relaxed, and the whole day was fulfilling and unforgettable. It's a must-do classic tour in Melbourne, highly recommended!★

reverse tour was well planned. tour guide also stopped the bus to show us some wild koalas in the trees and wild wallabies. itinerary didnt really state the visit to the animal sanctuary. 5AUD to the driver can be paid via alipay/wechat pay★

Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city.
The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked.
The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.★

Personally, I think this is one of the most worthwhile attractions to visit in Melbourne. The route passes through a small town's garden, where we stop for an hour. The plants in the garden are incredibly beautiful and pleasing to the eye. We happened to be there that day with a flea market, allowing us to experience the town's daily life up close! The gold mining town itself is very rustic and authentic, with a great atmosphere. The guided tour was also very thorough. Going down into the mine to experience the 19th-century mining scene was truly moving! This tour is reasonably priced and well worth the trip! Highly recommended!★

Excellent Great Ocean Road day tour. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned throughout. Our driver and guide was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great day. He timed the stops well so we had plenty of time to enjoy the views and get good photos, and the lunch stop was solid too. Impressive how smoothly the whole day ran given the number of travellers. Highly recommend.★

There were around 20 people on the tour, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Westerners, and other Asians. There were many rest stops along the way, and if you got hungry, there were places to buy snacks or KFC, so we had plenty of fun on the bus. ☺︎ Of course, the tourist spots were also very beautiful, so I didn't feel pressed for time.
