A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools. Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice. The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

I arrived at more than nine o'clock in the evening. I was not familiar with the room. A service staff happened to pass by on the road. The road was very enthusiastic to help me lead the way, but I still ate while leading the way. It felt not very professional. I have never seen any hotel staff so casual! 3. The room was not cleaned in time. The bowls for supper that night were still on the table after the room was cleaned the next day. I called the front desk to take them away, but it took a long time and was only taken away after the second reminder. On the third day, I went out at 9:30 in the morning and came back at 2:30 in the afternoon. The room was not cleaned yet. I reminded them twice, but they came half an hour later. I was so drunk! I have stayed in domestic hotels in so many cities, but this is the first time I have encountered this! The overall feeling is not very good. The service cannot keep up with its price.
