"The health condition is okay. The surrounding area is in a downtown area. It is very convenient in all aspects. However, the decoration has been very noisy recently and I can't sleep at all. The noise started at around 8 o'clock in the morning. It is really not suitable for people who don't get up early. The decoration is a bit old and the price is cheap. The parking lot is also great and the service is decent."

The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short."

"I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu. The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc. So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids! BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip"

"The Country Garden Hotel is modeled after the Venetian Hotel, so magnificent! The hotel service is really good. When I made the reservation, the salesperson called me. Then I asked for a lake view, and it really came true. I could really see Chaohu Lake on the 6th floor. I was excited. The bed was very comfortable, a 2-meter big bed, which was OK for a family of three. The breakfast and dinner were also delicious. The only drawback was that the shower drain was too blocked."

"Chaohu 5.0 had two nights during the trial operation period during the whole season, and it was the first time I chose 5.0. At that time, I felt quite good because of the comfortable environment. This time I went back to Chaohu to continue to choose your store, but this time I stayed in your store, because an employee named Yuan at the front desk gave me a deep understanding of the word ”service” beyond expectations. I hereby write this long review, hoping to fully express my appreciation. First of all, it is her service attitude like a spring breeze. During the trial business, from the first moment I walked into the lobby, Yuan Yuan's warm and sincere smile and immediately rose to greet me, instantly relieved the fatigue of my journey. Whether it is the meticulous explanation at check-in or any questions in the future, she will always be patient, focused, soft but full of energy. This kind of intimacy from the heart is not comparable to professional smirking, which makes people really feel welcomed and valued. Secondly, she is fierce and full of closed-loop operation. At this time, I reported to the front desk that the TV in the room had some fluctuations. After listening, I didn't push it at all, I immediately came to the room to check, and simultaneously found an alternative room with better signal for me. In less than 15 minutes, she not only solved the problem, but patiently answered all the questions after hearing some of my suggestions, asking if there was any other need. And a full inspection of the new room. This efficient closed loop of ”fast response - active follow-up - result confirmation” shows a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, which makes people extremely reassuring. What surprised me most was her cognitive ability to insight into needs. This goes beyond the level of working according to the process. During the trial business period, when checking in, I patiently explained the room types and facilities one by one; The day I left was rainy, and Yuan offered to send me to the pick-up point. These details were not my request, but accurately predicted and met my needs for ”quiet” and ”cared for”. This ”advanced service” based on careful observation reflects a high level of empathy and wisdom. The existence of the scorpion makes me feel that the whole season is not only a hotel with beds, but also a warm and understanding station. She perfectly interprets the brand spirit of the whole season ”warm, good, Gong, frugal, let”, and is also the most vivid business card of your hotel's service quality. Thank you for cultivating such excellent employees throughout the season! I will choose the whole season more firmly because of the sputum, and sincerely hope that her excellent performance will be recognized and rewarded by the hotel, and I also hope that the city of Chaohu can be built more and more prosperous. See you next time!"

"The room was clean and tidy, with a stylish decor. I was quite satisfied with the trip. The whole place was also smart enough; the curtains, lights, air conditioning, and TV could all be voice-controlled. There was also a lake view. The only downside was that we went to bed late. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 am, and by 9:30 am the staff had already started clearing away the remaining breakfast items. Of course, breakfast ends at 9:30 am, so it's normal that they were clearing away the leftovers. However, it felt a bit impersonal, as we were still eating; it felt like they were rushing us. Otherwise, everything was great!"
