"This hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Pudong T1 Airport, and they offer a free shuttle service every hour, which is a great perk. The rooms are very clean, and the front desk staff are super friendly. I do have a few small suggestions for improvement. First, it would be helpful to clearly label how to call the front desk from the in-room phone. Second, all food deliveries are only allowed on the ground floor, which means you have to go down to pick them up. This is a bit of a hassle because you have to take your room card out, and then when you return, the power goes off and you have to reinsert the card. Finally, I had to manually connect to the TV's Wi-Fi, and the speed was quite slow, around 10Mbps. I hope these points can be quickly addressed in the future to attract more guests to this hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable overall, and the location was excellent. Within a few hundred meters, there were plenty of places to eat and drink downstairs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and offered warm, attentive service. The morning front desk staff were also very patient and helpful with our requests. The male staff member at the front desk in the evening was truly outstanding; he gave us tips on what to avoid and where to find good food and fun. I will definitely be back next time."

It was quite difficult to contact the driver without a local phone since I just arrived back in the country. The hotel rooms are very clean, though the soundproofing could be a bit better; I could clearly hear doors slamming three rooms away."
