"It was a great living experience. The boss and his wife were very nice. As long as the boss didn't make any arrangements, they would help take us to the zoo, Disneyland, and the subway station. The boss' wife also helped play with the children. Toys were prepared for the children on the first floor, and the swings were the children's favorite. The sanitation was also very clean, the bathroom smelled good, and there was a piped machine in the kitchen on the first floor, which was very convenient for making milk for the children and drinking water for themselves. The children didn't want to leave, and said they wanted to go back to their grandparents' house."

"A paradise for kids! They have a playground, childcare services, and even small animals. Unfortunately, I was injured and couldn't go to the beach to play in the water. The breakfast was pretty good, with delicious mung bean soup. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! We'll definitely come back to play in the water if we get the chance. They also provided a complimentary cake and decorations for my birthday, and the shuttle driver was excellent. Overall, there were no complaints."

"Checked in on Monday and got an upgrade to a lake-view king room. Our butler, Bob, contacted me via WeChat a day before with all the important details, which was really thoughtful. The hotel is very family-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool even has a 'trumpet' slide, and the view from there is amazing, as you can see in the picture. The kids played all afternoon. In the evening, we went ziplining and they did it three times! Breakfast was also decent. We stayed two days and one night, and there was plenty to do right at the hotel."

"I first stayed at this hotel before I was married, and now I've returned with my two children. The cleanliness, ambiance, and location are still excellent, just as I remembered. The only thing that has changed, and not for the better, is the service and management. Firstly, upon arrival, the concierge desk was completely empty. Guests had to haul their own luggage and children to check-in. At the front desk, there was a female employee who seemed like it was her first day on the job; she provided no information about breakfast, the hot springs, shuttle times, or even game machine tokens. My child wanted to exchange a toy, and it took three trips to the lobby and a six-hour wait to resolve the issue. Each time, all she said was, 'Sorry, we were just busy.' We were the only family in the entire lobby, so I have no idea what she was busy with. Secondly, another male employee was also completely devoid of any human empathy. After 11 AM, the shuttle runs only once an hour, but before 11 AM, it can depart at any time. We arrived at the front desk just before 11 AM to request a departure, and this employee falsely claimed the driver was out to lunch and couldn't leave. As we were about to leave the hotel on foot, we saw the shuttle right outside with the driver inside. The driver then went back to the lobby to try and communicate for us, but the front desk employee still refused to let the shuttle leave. Thirdly, on our first night, guests upstairs watched the World Cup until late, causing noise from midnight until 2 AM. I repeatedly tried to communicate with the front desk, but they insisted there was no noise, claiming it was thunder outside, which was laughable. The next day, there was no explanation or apology whatsoever. Absolutely fantastic, just fantastic."

I also wanted to enjoy the hot springs, but the rooms on the third floor have been renovated, and the soundproofing is much worse than before – it's really noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you really need to consider this, as my roommate didn't sleep well. Plus, there were kids constantly running in the hallway, and no one tried to stop them."

"The hotel is located within a complex (I'm not sure if that's the right term, but it has its own parking system), right next to a Japanese hot spring. It's a standalone building, with the lobby and dining area on the same floor. While it looks quite large, the elevator, hallways, and room sizes are a bit small, but at this price, I can't really complain. Since the hotel shuttle departs at 7:30 AM, we didn't wake up early enough, so we took a taxi. The hotel is very close to Disney, and a taxi ride was about 22 yuan. On the way back, we used the hotel's free shuttle service, which is a shared bus with other hotels. There's no hotel logo on the front, so be sure to look carefully, and pay attention when the driver announces the stops. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money, which makes up for its minor drawbacks."
