We recently completed a wonderful 5-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Shanghai. If you are an international traveler looking for an incredibly convenient base with world-class hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice. 📍 Prime Location The hotel is centrally located and exceptionally well-connected. It is literally just a 3-minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station, making local commuting via the metro or catching regional bullet trains completely hassle-free. 🌟 Outstanding Service (Going Above & Beyond) The front desk staff are truly exceptional and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for their guests. Because we ran into a language barrier while trying to coordinate a campus tour with a local university, the staff stepped in without hesitation and spoke to the university on our behalf to get everything sorted. We also want to give a special recognition to Ms. Wong and her colleagues. When we had trouble navigating the local food delivery apps, they kindly used their own personal apps to order food for us and allowed us to transfer the money directly to their accounts. They were also incredibly supportive with hailing local taxis and guiding us through Shanghai's public transport options every single day. 🍳 Buffet Breakfast The hotel offers a morning buffet breakfast for a very nominal charge. It has a great, decent spread that easily caters to different palates, including: Hot options (Porridge, Noodles, and freshly cooked Eggs) Western staples (Breads, Cereals, and pastries) Fresh Fruits and Salads 💡 Area for Improvement The only real critique we have is that the hotel lacks an in-house restaurant that serves lunch and dinner options. Having an all-day dining restaurant on-site would make the stay absolutely perfect. That being said, the incredible warmth of the staff more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Shanghai!

I highly recommend the Pullman Shanghai Jing An. My stay in the Deluxe King Room was perfect, deserving a full five-star rating. The hotel is located in the heart of Jing An, within walking distance of the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to major commercial areas. The room was spacious and elegant, the bed soft and comfortable, and the entire room was spotlessly clean with excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance is light luxury and grand, making it perfectly suited for business or leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to the City God Temple, Yu Garden, and the Bund by taxi for about 20-30 RMB. It's also within walking distance of Shanghai Railway Station, perfect for high-speed rail travelers. The transportation is super convenient, highly recommended!

Great location close to the city center. The facilities at the hotel are very good too and nice restaurants around the hotel, including one inside on the third floor. See attached pictures of the view from my room and a meal at the restaurant

Worth the price for what u paid for…housekeeping was very nice but night front desk reception was not attentive at all when we asked for helped but was okay…location to go Suzhou using metro was great too and metro was nearby…only thing is we have to drag our big luggage’s from the front gate to inside the hotel which was a bit troublesome but overall cleanliness was neutral / recommended if u want a affordable and comfortable hotel

Staying at Atour is always so comfortable! The room was clean and quiet, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the toiletries had such a relaxing scent. The common areas were filled with books, and curling up on the sofa to read when I was tired was incredibly therapeutic. Every detail showed such thoughtfulness; it truly felt like a 'home away from home' when traveling. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time; it's so reassuring and reliable!

This was the last hotel of our trip, and I was a bit hesitant at first, wondering if it was too far from where we wanted to go. Turns out, I worried for nothing! This hotel is incredibly convenient. It's easy to catch a taxi right outside, and the subway is close by too. The facilities are brand new, having opened in 2025, and the attention to detail is excellent. The self-service laundry is smart and convenient; you can check the availability of washers and dryers on your phone or the room TV. The dryer temperature is great, going up to 68 degrees, so clothes dry super fast. There's a main road downstairs, but the windows are double-paned, making it very soundproof and quiet. Toiletries are well-stocked, and so are the drinks. For this price, it's absolutely amazing value! The photos I took are unedited, straight from my camera – feel free to use them! 😀😀 No one asked me to write a good review; I genuinely wanted to because it's truly fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended for its great value! 👍👍

My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central exceeded my expectations, and I truly recommend it. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to a subway station, making it convenient to reach commercial areas like People's Square and Nanjing West Road. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure. Jenna and Chloe were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The guest room was spacious and bright, with large windows offering expansive views. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with a desk and chair, and the high-speed internet was stable, perfect for business work. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both local flavors and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. The hotel also has a well-equipped fitness area for convenient workouts, and the housekeeping staff was responsive and quick to address any needs. As expected from a Marriott property, the quality control was on point, and it offered fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to Shanghai Railway Station, about a 300-meter walk. The takeout and drinks around the area are excellent. The hotel service was top-notch, and I loved the unique scent of the shower gel!
