I've stayed at the Pullman Shanghai Jing An multiple times, and as always, the Accor brand delivers consistent quality and reliability. The location is truly a major advantage, being close to Shanghai Railway Station and the subway, which makes catching high-speed trains and transferring incredibly convenient. Check-in and check-out are highly efficient, and the front desk staff are professional and polite, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent; even though it's near a transportation hub, it's very quiet once you close the door, allowing for a good night's rest. The spacious desk in the room is perfect for business travelers, and the bathroom facilities are in good condition. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients. The hotel also features a heated swimming pool and a gym, perfect for exercising and relaxing during downtime. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and short leisure stays in Shanghai. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel is conveniently located just west of Shanghai Station. While the room was a bit small, it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent and tasted good. Enjoying the morning sun in the breakfast area was a nice touch that really brightened my mood.

I've been in Shanghai for a few days, and the InterContinental Jing'an has been the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during this trip. The environment is upscale and grand, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. As soon as you arrive, they help with luggage and open car doors. The breakfast selection is extensive. What impressed me most this time was Bella, the lady at the front desk who handled my check-in, and the very gentle-looking gentleman at the front desk – I was a bit rushed and didn't catch his name, but I'll make sure to note it next time. I stayed here for two nights, and the experience was excellent; the facilities are all great. From upstairs, you can see Shanghai Railway Station, and it's about 600 meters from the subway, so the location is fantastic, very convenient whether you're taking a taxi or the subway. The accommodation really enhanced this trip, making it a wonderful experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel is super close to Shanghai Railway Station, within walking distance. Downstairs, there are breakfast shops, convenience stores, and supermarkets, which is very convenient. The room was very clean, and I felt very safe staying there. It was great!

When traveling with my child, I usually prefer to book hotels under the Marriott group. The Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central has a good location and quiet rooms, making it convenient to hail a car when going out. The hotel's dining is also good, and the price is acceptable. The customer service is very responsive and thoughtful. Mr. He at the reception was very professional; he quickly helped me extend my stay by one day at the last minute. Thumbs up! Today, when I went downstairs, I even ran into a fan club chasing some celebrity brother to the hotel. 😎

Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did an excellent job; the room felt spotless and very comfortable. Environment: It's located right in the city center, very close to the subway station, with Exit 5 being the nearest. Service: The front desk service was excellent. I requested a quiet room, and they assigned me a very peaceful one. There was no noise over the two days, making for a very satisfying trip.

I was traveling to Shanghai alone and struggling to pick a hotel. Since I was by myself, I considered a youth hostel, and unexpectedly stumbled upon a recommendation for this one on Xiaohongshu. The environment looked great, and it was an all-female hostel, so I booked it right away! When I arrived, it was exactly as I imagined – an old Shanghai, antique charm, which I never expected to find for such a reasonable price. The location is fantastic. Hanzhong Road station connects several metro lines, and I didn't even realize how convenient the transportation was when I booked it (?). I went from Pudong Airport to the Oriental Pearl Tower and then straight to the hostel. After checking in, I spent most of my time visiting museums. The Natural History Museum, which I wanted to see, is just one stop away. Then, with one transfer, I could reach Lujiazui, where most of the attractions are. I didn't have any transportation hassles at all. It’s super close to the subway station – just cross one zebra crossing and you're there. It only takes about thirty minutes to get to Lujiazui. The food options nearby are decent too; there's a Lawson convenience store opposite where I grabbed breakfast. The all-female environment made me feel very safe. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. I checked in at 5 PM, and the police came to register my details and call my guardian, which shows how legitimate and well-regulated the place is! The environment is also very clean. There are individual toilets and hostel showers. I stayed for a short period, but it seems perfectly suitable for longer stays as well. Downstairs, there's a designated area for food delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a sign saying delivery riders don't go upstairs as soon as I arrived! The front desk even offers complimentary water, which is a thoughtful touch. My roommates were also very quiet; everyone kept the noise down, so I had a great night's sleep on the first night and enjoyed my sightseeing the next day (P.S. the Oriental Pearl Tower on the first day and the butterflies at the Natural History Museum on the second). If you stay here, you absolutely must visit the Natural History Museum, which is just one stop away – it's incredibly good value for money!
