One small suggestion: the restaurant staff should be a bit more careful when clearing dishes; the clatter was quite disruptive during meals, and it happened all three days, which suggests it's a regular occurrence.

The cherry blossoms in Shanghai were beautiful in spring, which put me in a great mood. This hotel deserves a thumbs up! It offers standard high-quality service. The washbasin, toilet, and shower are all separated, which is very convenient to use. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows; they became 'flat and hard' after leaning on them for a while, making me uncomfortable and waking up in the middle of the night to adjust my position. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, and sitting by the window enjoying the view outside was lovely.

Whether it was promptly responding to requests or enthusiastically introducing the hotel's stylish public spaces and social events, he truly showcased the unique, youthful, and personalized service charm of the Moxy brand! The hotel itself is fashionably designed and conveniently located, perfectly suiting my business travel needs. However, it was Loren Zhou, with his genuine sincerity and foresight in service, who truly elevated a simple stay into a delightful experience that felt both relaxed and incredibly well-supported. He is undoubtedly the heart and soul of this hotel. I have unhesitatingly made Moxy Shanghai Xuhui my top choice for future business trips and leisure explorations, and I wholeheartedly recommend the vibrancy and convenience brought by Loren Zhou to all fellow young travelers!

I booked this hotel for a friend visiting from overseas, primarily because of the Mercure brand and the newly opened hotel's fresh environment. The hotel's location is excellent. It's about 9 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport, a 25-minute taxi ride, and roughly 300 meters straight from Exit 3 of Hongcao Road Station on Metro Line 12, making travel very convenient. I had booked a standard twin room, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a superior room upon check-in. The twin room felt a bit small, making it hard to fully open two suitcases. However, the room was spotless and very well-maintained. Although it faces a main road, the soundproofing was excellent once the windows were closed, and we didn't hear any noise. There was a sudden power outage in the room one evening when we returned, so we were promptly moved to a guest room. The staff even helped us move our belongings, providing truly attentive service. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with 5-6 hot dishes. There are also freshly prepared Shanghainese specialties like chicken soup wontons and scallion pancakes, a wide variety of fruits, croissants, and other pastries. My colleague needed to have a meeting in the room and couldn't go down for breakfast, so the staff provided a takeout box to bring food back to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. On the second floor, there's a self-service laundry room with washing machines, dryers, laundry detergent, and an ironing machine, which was very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything at the Mercure Caohejing Hotel – the environment, the comfort of the guest rooms, and the staff's service ethic. It made my overseas friend feel right at home. We will definitely choose the Mercure brand again for future stays.
