Hotels in Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai

The room was very clean with a great view from the large window. The front desk staff provided excellent service; they even offered a late check-out due to my flight delay, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's location is also superb, very quiet, and just a block away from a night market, supermarket, and other convenient shopping options.

I stayed at Cordis for one night during my stopover in Hongqiao. The location is definitely a huge advantage, with an underground passage on B1 directly connecting to Hongqiao Railway Station, making it super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The hotel facilities are also quite comprehensive, with a gym and swimming pool if you have time to relax. Yanni and Yumi handled my check-in smoothly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, so I got a good rest. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'd recommend it for transfers or short trips to Shanghai.

This place is very close to Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Station, the airport, and the subway station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We were traveling with my parents and didn't want to get two separate rooms, and the two-story layout here meant no one's rest was disturbed. It was a really good choice.

I was sent to Shanghai on a last-minute business trip by my company and just picked a hotel randomly upon arrival. To my surprise, it turned out to be really good value for money! When I checked in, the lady at the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean, and the hotel environment was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I also have to commend the lady who was on the night shift yesterday. I didn't bring enough clothes and needed help with laundry. She didn't mind at all, washed them for me, and even brought them back up. I'm really grateful 😊 Next time I come to Shanghai, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues too! 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hongqiao Airport, making it very convenient for catching flights and traveling. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the environment is well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and very clean. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Milly from Guest Relations called for a follow-up, meticulously inquiring about my stay experience. Her attitude was professional and friendly, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

Our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon, so we ended up booking two nights here at the last minute. I stayed here many years ago and remembered it being quite comfortable, and this recent experience definitely maintained my positive impression of the hotel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and I was especially impressed by the cleaning lady on the fifth floor of the executive building – she was incredibly warm and thoughtful! The bedding was excellent; I slept very soundly every night. The breakfast was also very extensive! My only suggestion would be regarding the gym downstairs. There's a sign clearly stating that minors are not allowed, yet I encountered parents with three young children inside. The kids were running around, playing with dumbbells, and throwing yoga balls. Throughout this, no staff member intervened, which really detracted from the experience. I hope they can improve their management in this area.

The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. Not only did they offer a complimentary room upgrade, but they also patiently listened to my preferences and arranged the best floor and location for me. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The cleaning staff were particularly warm and even remembered my schedule and preferences, always cleaning at the most suitable time. I have to mention the excellent location. It's just a 5-minute shared bike ride to Hongqiao Hub (metro, train, airport) and Hongqiao Xintiandi (dining, entertainment, shopping).

This hotel is incredibly close to the airport terminal, yet it's surprisingly quiet both day and night – you can't hear the roar of planes taking off or landing! The entire hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff in the lobby on the first floor were warm and efficient, especially the handsome guy with curly hair who was incredibly hospitable and even gave my child a small gift. What really touched me was that on my first night, I did some laundry, and when I returned the next evening, I found a small packet of laundry detergent in the bathroom and extra hangers in the wardrobe. I'm truly grateful for the thoughtful and considerate service from the hotel staff! Dining here is also worry-free, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets available. Our breakfast was included, but lunch and dinner buffets were an additional charge. The main dishes, food, and fruits for all three meals were diverse and quite tasty, offering good value for money. Overall, I'm very satisfied! It's a shame that I didn't have time to try the hotel's business afternoon tea buffet because I was out playing with my child all afternoon, but I hope to experience it next time! The front desk service was excellent, and that alone deserves a good review! The cleanliness was decent, and you can tell the owner is a fan of traditional Chinese medicine. I do have a few small suggestions. For the bathroom, consider where guests should put their towels and clothes when showering. It wasn't an issue for me since I was alone, but it would be pretty awkward if I had company – are we supposed to put our clothes on the toilet lid? Also, it's a bit disappointing that screen mirroring only supports ** and iQiyi. It would be much better if it supported more apps.
