Hotels in Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai

This is my second stay here, and compared to other hotels in the same category, the facilities and staff professionalism are top-notch. A special shout-out to the two ladies at the executive lounge on the evening of July 5th. We arrived close to 8 PM, and they patiently waited for us to finish getting our food before starting to clean up. The only issue was that the entrance for the hotel shuttle was a bit hard to find. If you come in from the Hongqiao Airport entrance, there's no air conditioning for the several-dozen-meter walk from the main hall to the hotel, and the security guards were sweating profusely from the heat.

The room was great, looks like it was renovated in the last few years, quite satisfied. The service was also good, very welcoming when I checked in. Definitely great value for money. I don't know what those negative reviews are talking about, it's totally worth the price.

I always choose this hotel whenever I travel, and its biggest highlight is definitely the excellent location. It's only about a ten-minute drive from the airport, so even if you have an early morning flight, you don't have to worry about traffic jams wasting your time. The hotel's cleanliness is consistently well-maintained. The common areas are tidy and fresh, and the guest rooms are spotless. The bedding, linens, and bathroom facilities are all meticulously kept, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The front desk service is especially impressive; they were patient and polite throughout the check-in process. When they learned I had a very early flight the next day and wouldn't have time for breakfast, they proactively offered to arrange a portable breakfast for me and even set up a reminder – talk about thoughtful service! For travelers who need to catch a flight, this place is absolutely a high-value-for-money option. Every detail shows how much care the hotel puts in. I'll definitely choose it again next time I have an early flight.

A fantastic boutique hotel! The rooms aren't huge, but they're incredibly well-designed for storage. Most importantly, it's impeccably clean – you can even see the crisp folds in the sheets 😃 The linens are sparkling. It's also very quiet, I slept wonderfully during my stay. The location is superb. It's just a short walk across the road from the Hongqiao Terminal 1 subway station (Line 10). Terminal 1 is within walking distance, and Terminal 2 is just one subway stop away. The service was exceptional! The lovely lady at the front desk even helped me carry my luggage to the entrance 😍 I think she saw I had a lot of bags, even though there are elevators; her service was so thoughtful. Didn't get a chance to visit the little garden 😃 or try the tea 😃

I initially thought this would just be a simple, temporary stay, but I never expected to form a lifelong friendship, almost like family, during this brief trip. Sister Tao Zhenyun's meticulous care made me feel incredibly warm and welcome, like a refreshing breeze on a hot summer day. It felt as if all the beauty of the world had gathered in that moment. Thank you to Huagang Yage Hotel and a special thanks to Sister Tao. I truly caused you a lot of trouble. My deepest gratitude once again.

Not bad, it has everything you need. For this price point, it's definitely worth it. It's not far from the National Exhibition and Convention Center, and there are good breakfast places nearby downstairs. Overall, it's pretty good, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

Thanks for upgrading me to a duplex room with a window. However, there's no desk, which is quite inconvenient for business travelers. It takes about 30 minutes by bus to Hongqiao Railway Station. Overall, it's still great value for money, and I'd recommend it for family trips.

”Amazing! This esports hotel is the best I've stayed at recently! I came for the high-spec setup, and it didn't disappoint. The computer has a top-of-the-line graphics card and a monitor with an ultra-high refresh rate. The keyboard and mouse feel amazing, and playing Valorant and League of Legends is completely lag-free with maxed-out frame rates. The headphones have excellent noise isolation; I can hear footsteps very clearly, which doesn't affect my ranking at all. Most importantly, the internet speed is incredibly fast; downloading games is instantaneous! The mechanical keyboard in the room is super comfortable for typing, and the owner thoughtfully provided a mousepad, headphone covers, and hand sanitizer wipes—the attention to detail is truly impressive. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm playing a tournament here, and I highly recommend it to all my esports buddies!”

Came to Disneyland with my daughter, and our high-speed train arrived at Hongqiao Railway Station late at night. This hotel was fantastic, right near the station. The room was very clean, and they even thoughtfully provided a dehumidifier and complimentary sodas. The breakfast was especially great, really delicious! The staff, particularly a young lady, had an amazing attitude. When we checked out the next day, it was raining, and she guided us through a covered walkway to the subway. We stayed at other hotels afterward, but my daughter kept talking about how this one was the best – most comfortable stay, best breakfast, and the most thoughtful service. We'll definitely be back!

Due to a delayed flight, we landed in Shanghai at 6 AM. We had to cancel our reservation at an airport hotel and, with our toddler, found ourselves without a place to stay. Luckily, we arrived at this hotel and, after speaking with them, they allowed us to check in early. We really appreciate the hotel's understanding and the excellent service from the front desk staff. This is a five-star hotel with a great atmosphere, very clean, and unique decor. It was a really pleasant experience. We checked out early and I forgot to take photos or videos, which is a shame.
