I was planning a 'special forces' trip to Shanghai, but I missed my high-speed train. My friend and I booked this Holiday Inn Express nearby, and it was only an 18-minute taxi ride away. Holiday Inn Express includes breakfast, which was really good. I was even thinking we could grab brunch there before heading back the next day (gotta save where you can, splurge where you should!). The hotel room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a lot of luggage, and the front desk staff saw us and immediately offered to help – that was really thoughtful and heartwarming. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here again. It's so convenient to the high-speed train station, so you don't have to rush to catch your train, and there are plenty of food options right across the street – super convenient!

The location is great, very close to Hongqiao Airport and the train station. Downstairs, there's a night market and a Korean street, making it super convenient for food. There are also leisure and entertainment venues if you want to relax after a long day. It's a very convenient place to stay if you're departing from Hongqiao.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable – just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with shopping centers and food streets all around. It made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was even more spacious than the pictures suggested, with a stylish, minimalist design. The bedding was so soft, I had a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent; even the toiletries felt high-quality. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, blending Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. The common areas were clean and quiet, Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout, and the gym was well-equipped. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure!

The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. Seeing that I had a child with me, they immediately arranged for a kids' toothbrush and slippers, and even gave us some fruit. This is my second stay here, and the experience is consistently great. The room is clean, and the surrounding area is nice. The business district is very quiet, and the price is affordable. It's also convenient for getting around, just a 10-minute walk from Hongqiao Metro Station.

Exceeded my expectations for comfort, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was neatly done and comfortable to use. The front desk staff provided very thoughtful service; check-in was quick. When I needed an extra pillow, a quick call had it delivered to my room in no time. The breakfast selection wasn't huge but sufficient, with fresh congee and side dishes that tasted homemade and reliable. Overall, it's great value for money, highly recommended for those who prioritize practicality and comfort!

I booked a king-size room for two nights, and it was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. There's a gym and washing machines next to the lobby on the first floor. The hotel is very close to Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

The Check-in was pleasant and I have never slept in a hotel room that has a loft. The architecture of the hotel is completely unique and very memorable. But what made the experience really outstanding was the breakfast. It was my first Chinese breakfast, and I must say it was nutritious, delicious, fresh and everything I can expect rom a great hotel. Thank you Muyi. Also the location is unique and a quick Hello Bike shot to the high speed rail station. You can also do your own laundry here.

The room was very quiet, the air conditioning ran smoothly, and the staff provided thorough and attentive service. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was extensive and varied, and the dinner buffet was excellent. It's conveniently located near Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 and Hongqiao Railway Station, with Terminal 1 just a ten-minute walk away. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. Upon check-in for my birthday, they thoughtfully provided a small cake, which was a nice touch. However, I wasn't able to receive a room upgrade. Interestingly, I found the Executive Deluxe Room to be preferable to the Executive Grand Room. A standout feature was the bathroom design: the toilet, vanity, bathtub, and shower are all in separate areas. There's even a small hand basin within the toilet cubicle, which is incredibly convenient as it allows the toilet and showering/bathing facilities to be used independently. This segmented design, where the toilet is in its own private cubicle, is similar to the twin rooms at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor and Hyatt Regency Songjiang. The service at the Club InterContinental Lounge on the 10th floor was exceptionally attentive. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor are complimentary for all hotel guests.

The hotel was excellent, and the service was great. It was very close to where we needed to be, though it's not accessible by subway. They offer airport shuttle service, but there are time restrictions. I really liked the room; the facilities are brand new since it's a newly opened hotel. The breakfast was also very generous, and it offers great value for money. They even upgraded our room for us, which we really appreciate!
