Toy Story Hotel

The room size was adequate, and there was plenty of closet space. The shower facilities were excellent, with good water pressure and equipment. The two 1.4-meter beds were sufficient, but it would have been even better if one was upgraded to 1.8 meters or more. We were charged almost 600 for our child over 12, and aside from an extra blanket, I didn't feel this charge provided any additional services.

The room itself was decent, with a playful, childlike theme, though a bit small, and the bathtub was also on the smaller side. They provided a surprise birthday cake, but it wasn't really to my taste. The biggest selling point was the ability to enter the theme park an hour early, but there were also many people who bought early access passes, so it didn't really give us much of an advantage.

I booked the most basic room, and the front desk upgraded us to the Buzz Lightyear themed room for an extra 450, which was a great deal. The prices for this National Day holiday felt generally lower compared to previous years. The service was good, and breakfast was decent. This is our fourth time staying here. If you want to enter the park early, then choose a hotel in the park. If you think the park hotels are too expensive, then choose the Toy Story Hotel. We've stayed at both, and they offer different experiences.

This was my second time at the hotel, and unlike my first rushed visit, I spent half a day exploring this time and had a fantastic experience. While the room facilities are quite standard, they are impeccably clean. The service, however, is unbeatable. Every staff member provides an immersive service experience; they all waved and greeted my child with 'Hello, princess.' In the morning, we encountered the management team on their rounds. As we passed, they all lined up and said, 'Hello, little princess,' which absolutely delighted my child. The breakfast was excellent, and the seafood fried noodles were especially delicious! I also loved the large lawn outside the hotel!

The hotel service was fantastic, and all the staff were very friendly. Room service was incredibly prompt, and they even brought us lots of little stickers. There were daily activities for kids, like making small crafts, which were really nice souvenirs. The shuttle to the park was also very convenient. The hotel's facilities, however, were pretty standard and not particularly high-tech, just what you'd expect from an average hotel.

The hotel offers an early access pass to Disneytown, which makes taking the hotel shuttle in the morning very convenient. It parks in a dedicated lot, separate from other vehicles and taxis, and is super close to the park. The hotel also has Toy Story character meet-and-greets for photos, saving you the time of waiting in line at the park. Plus, luggage stored at the hotel can be delivered to a free storage facility in Disneytown, which is all incredibly convenient.

1. **Front Desk Check-in:** It wasn't crowded on the day we arrived. The front desk staff provided a lot of information, including a hotel map and a schedule of activities. Luggage could be delivered to the room, which was very convenient. 2. **Transportation:** There's a dedicated shuttle service to and from Disney Springs. Before 5:00 PM, it stops at the '33 Club' parking lot. After 5:00 PM, it stops at the parking lot next to World of Disney. There are exclusive pathways for entering and exiting the park, which is very convenient. You also don't have to use that long pedestrian bridge. 3. **Facilities:** There's only one restaurant, which isn't as varied as what you'd find at the Disneyland Hotel. The outdoor activity area is also quite small. 4. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent, and the room felt very new. 5. **Guest Room:** The guest room was spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. There were no child safety rails, but one bed could be pushed against the wall, which worked out well. 6. **Restaurant:** Breakfast felt a bit like a cafeteria. You tell a server what you want, and they dish it out for you behind the counter. This takes away from the self-serve fun but is relatively hygienic. The variety of dishes was too limited and can't compare to the Disneyland Hotel. Aside from Donald Duck pancakes and Woody waffles, there were no other cartoon IP items. Also, there were no character interactions or PhotoPass at breakfast, which was very disappointing.

Remember to specifically request a room that is *not* a connecting room. The soundproofing in those rooms is absolutely terrible. For two nights in a row, I was kept awake by the noise from the next room – either a child crying loudly in the middle of the night or someone having a boisterous video call. The hallway is also very narrow, so you can hear every little sound as people walk by!
