Horrible ro scared ro use the shower or get inside the bed covers. The carpet throughout is putrid. Cracks in every wall. Smells musty. Shower is mouldy. Can't wait to get out of here.

Location of the hotel is actually very good, close to Pudong Airport... Hotel provides transportation, but do it in some specific way, I was a bit nervous expecting missing my flight, but finally got airport.. Service is really ****, cleanness is poor, quite dirty.... I will avoid to use stay in this hotel in the future....

The hotel was near airport. They were kind to arrange pickup and drop off at airport in time. Overall good.

The photos were misleading & deceptive…. Maybe it was what it is years before but now it’s a little rundown. Shower drainage & basin were clogged imagine washing with both feet flooding in the water. Toilet bowl were welcome with tiny bugs have to flush few things to let the bugs free… However despite all the unfortunate incident with the bathroom & heavy smokes lingering at 2nd floor we were thankful that the staff is still accommodating and attentive towards our requests and lastly the location is good because it is close to Pudong Airport with airport transfer. Please do have QC quarterly or half yearly.
