Great location and very helpful and friendly staff (especially Susu on reception 🥰). But be careful with your breakfast vouchers - if you loose it you will not get food🤪

Check-in was smooth, the room was very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The air purifier was also cleaned for us, which we really appreciated. Mr./Ms. YunLei at the front desk was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. 🤍 We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

The room was great, very clean, and the service was excellent. It's super convenient to take the subway or a taxi from here, and you can even walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The location is absolutely fantastic!

This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, and the best part is it's only a 5-minute walk to Nanjing East Road. We could easily go back to the hotel to rest when we got tired from shopping and then head out again. The cleanliness is also superb, and the service is great. I really liked the scent of the toiletries too. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended! My child was very happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and the front desk staff were so kind and friendly. Five stars!

Hotel Chalet is perfectly located in the Centre of Shanghai close to Nanjing Road, and therefore a short walk away from The Bund. The hotel is clean and tidy, and very modern. The hotel’s staff and in particular Susu was very kind and helpful during my stay. Would come back at any time.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Chalet. It was fantastically located which meant it was easy to go and do everything we wanted. The hotel staff were helpful and kind, and the room was excellent and clean. Susu was particularly kind and gave us gifts on departure! Would definitely stay here again.
