"Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Facilities: Very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. Environment: Loved the room with a balcony! The 14th-floor view was fantastic, and I even saw the sunrise during breakfast. Service: Attentive and with a great attitude."

"I stayed for 4 days and overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the hotel isn't far from the subway station, and it's quiet at night. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she recommended some places to visit and even upgraded my room for free. Plus, the panda plushies sold at the hotel are a great deal, much cheaper than in stores, and you don't have to worry about fakes. I was so happy to take a big flowery one home! The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for 2 days. Living on the 8th floor, it was really tiring having to carry all my bags upstairs. When I checked out, the front desk lady gave me a panda headband, which was a small comfort. I'd also like to offer some feedback: the washing machine hours from 9 AM to 9 PM are very inconvenient. As a solo traveler, I'm usually out before 9 AM and don't get back to the hotel until after 9 PM. Waiting for laundry to finish washing and drying in the morning would make me very late for my plans, so it's a real dilemma."

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2, which makes getting around very convenient. It's surrounded by residential areas, so shopping and dining are also very easy. As soon as you enter, a pleasant, subtle aroma greets you, which is lovely. The room is cleaned daily by a dedicated person, and the smart home features throughout are practical and straightforward. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience."

"The location is great, right on Chunxi Road. It's on one floor of a 20-story building, sharing it with other hostels. The elevator is outside the lobby and doesn't require a room key, so delivery drivers can go up freely, which is a bit concerning for safety. The room itself is cramped, with no table, so you have to eat on the TV stand. It feels more like those 50-yuan guesthouses near the airport, not the quality you'd expect from a chain hotel. However, considering the excellent location, it's just okay, neither good nor bad. It's probably best for single travelers; you'd likely get into an argument if you brought a girlfriend here."

"This hotel has a classic, elegant style. I was transferring at Shuangliu Airport, and it was very convenient to take Line 10 to the hotel; it's right outside the subway exit. Across the street, there are several old hot pot restaurants and many local snacks like Laoma Tihua, Dandan Noodles, and Chuan Chuan Xiang. While it's close to tourist spots like Wuhou Temple, Jinli, and Kuanzhai Alley, it might not be as vibrant in some aspects as Yulin Street, but overall, it's still good. Chengdu's food never disappoints in flavor, though prices might be a bit higher – a Laoma Tihua for 40 yuan, for example, is something to consider. The hotel rooms are relatively small, but I absolutely loved the antique-style solid wood furnishings. The facilities are very complete, especially the canopy bed – it felt really special to sleep in. There's even a note by the bed stating it's worth millions, quite impressive! The bedding was also good. The only issue is its proximity to the subway; the subway practically runs directly beneath the hotel, so you can hear some noise. However, the subway stops at night, so it didn't affect my sleep."

"I'll like to mention that the hotel is very clean. Came during the winter and the heater was working perfectly. Location wise it is about 800 to the nearest train station but you can consider just taking a cab(didi) or bicycle. There is even a cute cat outside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel). Reception responded quickly via wechat. Had a really good sleep in the hotel. Recommend."

"This hotel has a modern touch and the bath tub is amazing after a long day of strolling and shopping at Chengdu! They also provide FREE laundry services (except for undergarments). They also changed the towels daily! Not to mention the toilet had a bidet and a warm toilet seat (a plus point in this cold weather). The neighbourhood is safe and there’s shops and eateries nearby as well."

"The hotel's facilities are modern and smart, and the room was spotless with soft, comfortable bedding. The lobby has an elegant design, and the overall environment is quiet and stylish. It's very close to the subway entrance, making it convenient to get anywhere. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"Special shout out to Xiao Wang ID : 66 for being very warm, helpful and kind during our 2 days stay. The entrance to the hotel is quite tricky to find since the hotel lobby is located on the 9th floor. But superb location, right beside Tianfu Square, which has underground shopping."

"24-hour airport pickup and drop-off service is provided, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. The room is clean and spacious, with all disposable toiletries readily available. Because it's so close to the airport, they thoughtfully provided earplugs. You get a three-star experience for a two-star price. Highly recommended!"
