LLuguocDArrived at the hotel quite late, but it's super convenient, just across the road from Niulangmiao H2 exit. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor, which is great for keeping out unauthorized people. The room was really clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really satisfied!

Beds are soft and fresh, and rooms are spacious and clean. Did not opt to have breakfast at the hotel, but there are several shops nearby, including a 24h convenience store.
It is extremely well located with a metro station nearby. There are also several restaurants at the metro station and in the surrounding streets, all worth trying!

GGuest UserGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

NNoah Keenan Lee WeiIt‘s clean and simple, but has everything you need. The location is not the best, but the price is. Just bare in mind that nobody there speaks English and the owner kept speaking to me in Chinese, even tho it has been clear for days that I don’t understand here and she did not try to use a translating app herself… as long as that mental state doesn’t deter you and you’re on a budget this is one of the better options. Also the whole place doesn’t get locked, if you’re worried about that don’t come here as theoretically anyone from outside can get to your room

The room was clean with no strange odors, and the value for money was outstanding! The room's cleanliness was top-notch, and parking was available. The surrounding area, transportation, taxis, and the subway are all very accessible. The service was excellent.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.

AAlan76The location and room size is very good. Service from the receptionist was generally good. You get a text on WeiXin (WeChat) about local food eateries and attractions nearby, WiFi info and cleaning service, but note, do not expect a hotel 24 hr service.
I was not sure about the air con if it was working or not, and only found out how to operate on the day of leaving, so advise if you are unsure to contact the receptionist and they will guide you.
Note, this is a budget apartment booking and the receptionist may be away on a short break so you do need to have a bit of patience to allow them to return, but if you have weChat, they do respond and let you know.
The room we had has seen much better days particularly the shower room. The shower door doesn't close fully so beware not to spray water towards the door.
There was a Samsung washing machine which did turn on, (we did not use it). There was a drying rack for clothes as well. Overall it was a functional budget apartment for a short stay if you need to accommodate 3 to 4 people.

DdimpledragonFirstly i love the location. It is quite center and 10 min walk from metro. Building is easy to find. It is close to Tianfu square,people 's park and also you can walk wuhou shrine and kuangzhai alley etc...They said their heating system is getting renovated but I am a person who gets cold easily so I asked them and they prepared a heater for me. was clean and cleaning lady came every day to give new towels brushes waters and things. Room is pretty big and have all the equipment you need and even more. It is really useful to have washing machine and fridge.I didn't use but if u have ur utensils there is one electric stove.I enjoyed my stay here and recommend!

MM244531****This is my go-to hotel for business trips! It's right in the city center, close to my office and shopping areas, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. The in-room desk is spacious with soft lighting, perfect for working comfortably, and the meeting facilities are excellent. The laundry service is super efficient; I got my clean clothes back the next day, which was a huge help for my trip. Breakfast starts early and grab-and-go options are convenient, perfectly meeting the needs of a tight schedule. It offers much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. Plus, there's free coffee! A truly great stay.

II love traveling ❤️The hotel is not far from the airport. The downside of the room is that it was too smoky. The staff is excellent, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport! I will definitely stay here again.
