AAnonymous UserThe sanitary conditions are not said, the living is particularly safe, the newly opened hotel is very clean, the whole check-in process is very smooth, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to take a taxi to see customers, and the price is super high.

BBel.z.bubAmazing service and rooms. Very quiet in general. Staff is extremely helpful and kind.
Beds are soft and fresh, and rooms are spacious and clean. Did not opt to have breakfast at the hotel, but there are several shops nearby, including a 24h convenience store.
It is extremely well located with a metro station nearby. There are also several restaurants at the metro station and in the surrounding streets, all worth trying!

AAnonymous UserThe loft room was spacious and quite clean. It had all the amenities, like a hairdryer, washing machine, and fridge, plus an induction hob. You could even buy groceries from Hema (just across the street) and cook your own meals. The location is right next to Niúwángmiào subway station, so transportation is very convenient. The only downside is that the bathroom exhaust fan blows air into the room, so after using the toilet, the whole room smells. And after showering, the moisture also blows back in. Combined with Chengdu's rainy weather, after two days the room got very humid. Considering it was a special offer room, I think it's acceptable.

PPeilinsmileWe were transferred from Chengdu to Daocheng Yading for sightseeing. We didn't contact the landlord after booking the room. As soon as we turned on our phone after the plane landed, we received a call from the landlord. She took the initiative to add WeChat, sent the location, and told us how to get to the room from Tianfu Airport. It was very considerate. Thank you, landlord! The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities, and it is very close to Kuanzhai Alley.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and helpful. The parking lot is super close to the hotel, and they even have breakfast on the second floor. We booked three rooms and they managed to put them all together for us, which was really thoughtful. They also recommended a fantastic noodle place nearby.

DDav922My stay was absolutely perfect! Xiao Lin at the front desk was incredibly patient; even though I arrived in the early hours of the morning, she greeted me with a smile and processed my check-in quickly. The room was clean, odor-free, and had great natural light, and the bathroom amenities were all there. When I checked out, Xiao Lin even reminded me to take my personal belongings, which shows amazing attention to detail. This place offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!

24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning.
It was much more than my expectation for the price.
The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city.
I really enjoyed my stay.

LLidusRoom was okay, curtains were little bit dirty but overall the room was clean. The stay was good but last night I heard some animals (mouse or rats) in ceiling- I heard them walking and doing squawks, I didn’t have them in my room but they are definitely in the walls of the building - probably this is normal in Asia, don’t know what I should think shout that. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful so that was a big positive of my stay.

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
