Great
GGuest UserPlace is newly renovated more the most part. The ⁰bathrooms are all redone with tile I would say fairly well done. These bathrooms are small and tight fit. If you are larger or an older person with decreased mobility this may be a little tough to utilize..The place overall I felt was fairly clean. There is a nice little pool in the middle and a pavilion with picnic tables.and a grill which you pay for with the resort fee whether you use it or not. Keep in mind when staying here you are at the wider section of the beach. Its 900 plus feet to the water on sand. It can be a hike if your older, decreased mobility or drink heavy 🤣. The view is beautiful tho I can't lie. If you drive a wide vehicle you most likely will not be able to park oit back which is the convenient method.

GGuest UserThis was such a fabulous place to stay! Only regret is that we found t stay longer. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Beautiful location. Beach access was brilliant. Pool and hot tub were amazing. You have to visit Tasha at the pool bar. She’s an absolute gem of a person and bartender. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again.

GGuest UserStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night). The valet staff was nice and professional.
RRita2214Great hotel to spend your weekend or vacation! Comfortable big room, clean bathroom with all necessary amenities, amazing views! There are gim and coin laundry, cafe woth good breakfasts, lunch and cocktails. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.
VVictoriaThis resort has all you could want. However, the rooms were a bit warm, the AC was not cooling the room. As for the tiki bar, it had a DJ playing. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people on day passes and the pools were packed. I strongly recommend not allowing day passes to locals so that paid guests can enjoy the amenities a little more without feeling overwhelmed.
Parking was difficult, limited space. Day pass people took up most of the parking spots.
SShayna0Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio

SSara HeuerThere was no water in the vending machines. They had a water fountain downstairs. The water pressure was not good, and I tried showering at 2 different times just to see if timing had anything to do with the pressure. It did not. Also, not hot enough water. The water was tepid at best.
Other than the lack of water in the machines and lack of hot water and low pressure, The staff were very pleasant, and the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
GGuest UserOverall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating:
-great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping.
-eclectic, cool atmosphere
-no onsite parking
-bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.
-floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.
-water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm
-door lock was broken
-windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened
-tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily.
-staff was super friendly
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Beachview Inn and, honestly, apart from the great location, the stay was disappointing. The hotel feels a bit old and not very well maintained. The room we chose was comfortable, which was the main positive aspect.
Breakfast was terrible—it was basically just snacks and a few items you could grab from the fridge, nothing resembling a proper breakfast. For the price you pay, the only real justification is being close to the beach.
If location is the most important factor for you, this place might work. Otherwise, it falls short compared to what you would expect for the rate
