The receptionist said that they were fully booked and can only give rooms in the lower floors even though we booked this hotel for the view from upper floorsđ€·âïž. There was no kettle, no mini bar that was described in the room amenities. The bathroom was clearly old (with stains) and in need of repairs. There were no slippers in the room (itâs fine since it was not listed as amenities) we wanted to buy from reception at least, but they were out of stock and they had no idea when they will be available.
I stayed for 14 days, the room is newly renovated, spacious and clean. The location is great, thereâs two shopping center and supermarket next to the hotel. Walk 3 mins to airport. Highly recommended for a quick transit
I booked a zen room on Trip.com, it was a special offer. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first given a standard room because the reservation had come with them as a standard room instead of a zen room. They apologized, but they also kept repeating that they would upgrade me for free. It's not an upgrade that I get a room that I have paid for and that Trip.com sold me. They should and should have sorted out the matter directly through Trip. The room itself was clean, the jacuzzi was so loud that it was impossible to use it for relaxation. In addition, the plug was stuck, making it difficult to empty. The food in the restaurant was substandard. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really good. Lots of things that could be fixed with a little effort.
Nice hotel with spacious room and varied breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Tallinn Old Town. The staff is very friendly - girls, thank you for answering questions and helping us organize our leisure time during our short stay in Tallinn.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the check-in was quick and smooth. Location is great, only 10 minutes to the bus station by walking and less than 10 minutes to the city centre by car. And the breakfast was great too, the food was super delicious!
The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Tallinn Airport. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished and feature a TV and a bathroom (with shower).
The elevators (four of them) are also very fast!
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times already and that says it all. Clean, comfortable, warm, cozy. Very friendly people at the reception. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a kettle in the room. Breakfast is not big, but very tasty and well presented. You can also have breakfast outside. Location, near Kadriorg park and tram stop to the center. The only caveat is that in some rooms the window may not open. And that's really important
The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway/airport/city center, very suitable for business travel. The room has a desk and charging socket, and the network speed is also very fast. The front desk is efficient and the service is good. The overall experience is very satisfactory and is the best choice for business people.
Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach.
The most surprising thing is the rich breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods, which will inject full vitality into your new day. Here, you will experience caring service, comfortable accommodation environment and delicious breakfast.

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.
I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views â itâs incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didnât spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs âŹ10, compared to âŹ25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.
I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight â for âŹ15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. Thereâs a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While thereâs no traditional cold plunge pool, thereâs a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.
Best historical hotel in Tallinn. Room is super comfortable and clean. So convenient with public transport. Easy to access from airport. Service is 5 stars. Must try their restaurant food is outstanding. You will love this hotel.
The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Super stay! I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments. There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby. There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient. There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor! And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge. Thank you so much! 100/10
