"Everything was perfect. From the service to the breakfast and the room."

Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key

"Highly recommended place to enjoy. The private beach was clean and very well maintained. The children enjoyed the most. Very nice."

The Luce, St. Pete Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

"My family recently stayed at your hotel while visiting me, and the experience was very disappointing. Amenities you advertise, like paddleboards, were unavailable. The most concerning part of our stay was our interaction with the Assistant General Manager. He came across as overwhelmed, impatient, and dismissive. He seemed frustrated that we were bringing concerns to him and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. That level of customer service from someone in a leadership role is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the management of your hotel. Because of this experience, we will not be returning."

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach

"The hotel is new, close to the beach, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful, especially at sunset. Highly recommended."

Treasure Island Beach Resort

"Loved this resort! Clan and fresh with a super friendly staff! Great location, covered parking and a fitness center with good quality equipment. Our room was really clean and housekeeping kept up with everything for us. We were greeted with champagne when we checked in! The pool staff are really good at what they do. Constructive criticism? We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was just ok. We ordered a croissant and they just took it out of a bag and served it cold. The drinks at either bar are very small and expensive. The hot tub wasn’t hot which was ok because it was always full of unsupervised little kids. Besides that we would stay there again."
