"This hotel is the same as the Orange Hotel. There are a lot of Indian guests here; you'll basically run into them every time you go in or out. Overall, it's quite run down, and the rooms are relatively cramped. There are no disposable slippers in the room; you have to ask the front desk for them. The hot water supply is stable, and the temperature is decent. Regarding the shower head, I'm not sure if that's a wire or something else. If it's an electrical wire, what if it leaks electricity? If it's a ground wire, why would a large faucet like a shower head need grounding? I'm not sure how often the bedding is changed. This photo was taken right after checking in, and there are already stains on the bed. There are mosquitoes in the room, buzzing all night, and the air conditioning is also very loud."

Most importantly, it was super convenient for getting to the exhibition. The front desk even recommended two routes: walking there and taking the subway back, or vice versa, both of which were very practical."

"I often choose this type of apartment for my business trips, especially for layovers between flights. The environment is well-maintained and clean; the cleaning staff are very thorough, even tidying up the corners. The room facilities are well-kept; the air conditioning runs quietly, and there are plenty of outlets for both work and charging. The free self-service washing machine is a huge plus, saving me from carrying around dirty laundry. It's just a few minutes' walk to Line 1, and the subway exit is surrounded by all sorts of restaurants, making it easy to find food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Getting to the airport by taxi is also a short ride. The staff are responsive and easy to communicate with. For the price, it's definitely a top-notch option."

"The hotel's location is perfect, right below JOYCE shopping mall! Although there's no grand lobby, the service is excellent. The front desk is on the 6th floor of Tower B, and my room was on the 21st floor of Tower C. A staff member personally guided me there. The room was clean, and the giant screen for movies was amazing! My flight was delayed due to a typhoon, and the front desk promptly arranged a late check-out for me, which was very thoughtful. The sky platform on the 6th floor is also a lovely spot for a walk. Five-star recommendation! 🌟"

The room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless and fresh, and all the appliances were complete and sufficient. The front desk service was attentive, and overall, I had a very comfortable stay."

So please download DiDi app when you are in Shenzen. It will help u a lot. It was a rainy weather so weather was not on our side. Almost most of the restaurants near the beach were closed as the weather was windy and rainy. Staff doesn’t understand English so better download WeChat so u can communicate with each other. I found only one staff speaking English. The location of our hotel was so good. They will provide you a free hat and bag. They also have complimentary photography but the problem was a language barrier. Overall experience was good."
