The hotel's artificial beach was a huge hit with the kids, and the breakfast buffet was very well-organized, definitely a step above other hotels. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, making our experience truly heartwarming. A big thank you, especially to our kind Jason! The location is great, with smooth traffic networks nearby, and it's not far from both the subway and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, making it easy to find food and go shopping at night. It's perfectly suited for both leisure travel and short business trips. The room hygiene was very thorough. There were no strange odors upon entering, the floors and surfaces were clean, and the bedding was changed promptly. The bathroom had no standing water or unpleasant smells, and even the nooks and crannies were spotless, making it a very reassuring place to stay daily. The in-room appliances and facilities were well-maintained and looked quite new. The air conditioning provided stable cooling and heating, the TV picture quality was clear, and the whole-room internet signal was stable, making it smooth for both binge-watching and temporary work. There were plenty of power outlets, which was convenient for daily charging. The mattress had just the right firmness, so I didn't feel any discomfort lying down, and the pillows were at a suitable height. The room had good ventilation and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, allowing for full relaxation after a busy day. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; the doors and windows sealed tightly, so I barely heard any outside traffic noise or noise from adjacent rooms, ensuring even light sleepers can get a good night's rest. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient. They patiently answered any questions I had, and room service responded quickly, delivering requested items promptly. The hotel lobby and hallway common areas were tidy and orderly, regularly cleaned and disinfected, with a clean and elegant environment and a spacious and comfortable waiting area. The breakfast variety was abundant, with a full selection of hot dishes, main courses, fruits, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good, and the food items were replenished promptly in the dining area, which was clean and hygienic. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was reasonable, hot water supply was timely and stable, shower water pressure was moderate, and toiletries were complete, providing a great showering experience. Overall, the value for money is very high. For this price, to have such service and hardware conditions is incredibly cost-effective. There are no significant shortcomings, and I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city. I also recommend it to all my fellow travelers."
