"We have been staying here 3 years on a row , absolutely love this service apartment, it has everything you can think of, it’s very clean , it has a washing machine, microwave etc, all the necessities etc, the staff are wonderful, especially Vivi, who has been here since the first time I came . Dongmen is on the doorstep, liajie metro is 3 min walk away! Already planning our stay for next year!"

"We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!"

"A modern tech inspired hotel conveniently located near Dongmen Ped Street(5-10min walk) and Hubei Metro station(5-10min walk) which is a major line that goes east/west thru Shenzhen for easy travel. The rooms are modern and clean, the bathroom comes with a tech toilet. Downstairs in the lobby is a hotel cafe and next door is a McDonald's. Courtesy and friendly staff man the front desk. Ideal for those who want to be near Dongmen."

"Excellent service from staff and cleaning teams, always with a smile. Location is also unbeatable with a great upmarket OneAvenue Mall just minutes walk across the road. The aircond is a bit strange, perhaps some simple instructions might help. The aircond while it has 3 modes, only the cold mode can be adjusted. But it gets too cold & dry to sleep with it in at night that we ended up turning it off most nights. The shower also has nowhere to place the towel or clothes with only 1 hook inside the shower cubical, which made it hard for the elderly to manage. This is a design issue of aesthetics over practicality and not a reflection of the staff’s efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Little touches like freshly made coffees at the downstairs cafe, cute afternoon tea trays of snacks and washing machines available for guests to use ensure we had an enjoyable 5n stay in Shenzhen."

"A Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows. The Pros: What I Loved · Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable: · A nice, comfortable bed. · A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge. · A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay. · A large screen TV. · Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement · Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue. · Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning. · Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables. · We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces). · On our final day, no one came to clean at all. · The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel. · Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own. · Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content. Verdict: This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room."

"QQQ3838. From a real world traveler. It is a very nice hotel in the price range. The hotel room is big and clean. However, the main entrance is in a dirty alley way. If you are stay in thus hotel the first. It will be a bit hard to find. Take note no all room has a refrigerator, as I am from North America, sure love cold drink. But you can ask the front desk to keep the drink in their refrigerator for you. Ms. Abby and her colleague are very helpful, thanks. There also has all in one washers. To get to the hotel is easy. Get out the subway 老街 exit F. If you do not have heavy luggages. Then go stright for about 800 meter than turn right cross the road, then turn left to the alley way and you can see the hotel entrance. If you have heavy luggage, then use exit D. For exit D, you need to cross the road to the exit F. I will stay in this hotel. But for sure book early as the price went up if there have good booking. If the hotel put in an ICE machine and refrigerator in all room. Then this will be prefect."

"The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary."

"This is probably one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in! The 22F has the most gorgeous view of the skyline and is a spot of tranquility among a busy city. They also have a whole host of laundry machines and a little fitness room. The colouring of the hotel is very peaceful, and the service is friendly and accommodating. The room was large, especially for being in a very popular area. It's convenient to go to the metro as well as the popular huaqiang road. The room and amenities have a high attention to detail, staying here will give you a peace of mind and I can't wait to come back 🥰"

"My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen."
