The front desk staff were really friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were quick to help whenever I needed something. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and it offered good value for money with no hidden costs. I felt very relaxed during my trip, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to friends traveling here."

"The hotel service was excellent. It's conveniently located near Huaqiangbei with a subway station right downstairs, making it super easy to get around. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Manager Yang and Xiao Teng at the front desk; they were both incredibly enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations during check-in. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We even received a beautiful Mid-Autumn Festival gift box with mooncakes upon arrival!"

"Pros: - Good Location - Comfortable Beds Cons: - The toilet design was bad, the drainage sits higher than the shower area so water pools, then seeps out of the shower area and pools in the dry area as well - We requested the front desk to help us look at it since it was not pleasant stepping in a puddle of old shower water each time, but were told it's just poor design and nothing they could do about it - We asked the staff if we could change room, the lady said they could not guarantee the other room did not have the same drainage isssue - You can hear trains passing by in the room - Toilet lock was broken in both rooms we stayed in - Wanted to do laundry but it was just 2 washing machines on the top floor with construction going on around it. There is no dryer so you need to hang your clothes in the midst of the dusty construction - Wifi requires a chinese phone number so if you're a foreign tourist you can't access it - We extended one extra night in a diff room so we coukd wash up before our flight and our hairdryer had eyelashes stuck to them"

"Booked this hotel last minute. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Futian High-Speed Rail Station, and there was no traffic on the way in the morning. The only downside was that I requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, I had a very good night's rest."

"Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂"

The breakfast was also fantastic – rich, authentic, and unique, with both coffee and Chinese pastries being of high quality."
