"Our stay far exceeded expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to Yu Zhi and Lu Die. These two staff members were incredibly thoughtful and reliable, saving us so much hassle throughout our trip. They proactively shared a lot of practical local tips and recommended trustworthy, legitimate gold shops frequented by locals. They even took the time to explain how to identify quality crystals and what pitfalls to avoid when buying, which was a huge help for our subsequent purchases. Later, when we mentioned we were going to Hong Kong and were worried about the high prices and questionable channels we'd found for car hire, Yu Zhi immediately offered to connect us with the hotel's long-term, reputable car service. The final car hire price was nearly 20% cheaper than what we'd found ourselves, and she even confirmed pick-up times, border crossing routes, and vehicle details in advance, saving us any extra effort. The value for money was exceptional, truly beyond what we expected. Moving on to the hotel itself, the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed. The environment was elegant and comfortable, with a pleasant aroma, and the overall space felt open and bright, creating a wonderful ambiance. The elevators were incredibly fast, with almost no waiting, taking us directly from the ground floor to our room floor, which was very convenient for getting around. Our double room was spacious, with simple yet tasteful decor, and absolutely no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was particularly outstanding; tabletops, gaps by the bed, and bathroom corners were all spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring we slept very well. We initially only planned to stay for two nights, but because the bed was so comfortable, we decided to extend our stay for a total of four nights. The housekeeping staff was very diligent and polite, and replenished our toiletries promptly and thoughtfully. Hotel amenities also pleasantly surprised us. The washing and drying machines were very efficient, and our clothes came out clean and fresh. The staff even ironed them neatly before returning them to our room – the service was incredibly thorough. The gym was clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the equipment was well-maintained, allowing us to exercise conveniently during our travels. Finally, I must praise the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide and comprehensive variety of dishes. The chefs were also very enthusiastic, proactively asking if the food was to our liking. From the service details and hardware facilities to the living comfort, everything was impeccable. The overall experience was superb, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!"
