"The price was high due to a trade show, but all the surrounding hotels were similar, and this one felt like a good deal. At the very least, it was clean, and the staff were professional and had great service attitudes. The breakfast also offered a good variety. Most importantly, it was super convenient for getting to the exhibition. The front desk even recommended two routes: walking there and taking the subway back, or vice versa, both of which were very practical."

"An excellent experience! The hotel lobby is spotless, and the room is very clean; the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. Xiaotong, a guest service agent at the front desk, provided very attentive service. She gave a detailed introduction during check-in and helped with a late check-out. During our stay, she also gave us a box of mooncakes, for which we are very grateful. If I have another chance, I will definitely bring my family to stay here again. Thank you, Xiaoteng (Xiaotong) for your service, I will be back!"

"This hotel is the same as the Orange Hotel. There are a lot of Indian guests here; you'll basically run into them every time you go in or out. Overall, it's quite run down, and the rooms are relatively cramped. There are no disposable slippers in the room; you have to ask the front desk for them. The hot water supply is stable, and the temperature is decent. Regarding the shower head, I'm not sure if that's a wire or something else. If it's an electrical wire, what if it leaks electricity? If it's a ground wire, why would a large faucet like a shower head need grounding? I'm not sure how often the bedding is changed. This photo was taken right after checking in, and there are already stains on the bed. There are mosquitoes in the room, buzzing all night, and the air conditioning is also very loud."

"Booked this hotel last minute. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Futian High-Speed Rail Station, and there was no traffic on the way in the morning. The only downside was that I requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, I had a very good night's rest."

"Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂"

The breakfast was also fantastic – rich, authentic, and unique, with both coffee and Chinese pastries being of high quality."
