"First off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room. The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍 For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊"

"Simply perfect! 😍 The service was excellent, and I spent the whole day enjoying the Executive Lounge. The small desserts looked unassuming but were surprisingly delicious! I highly recommend them! However, the coffee was awful, both at breakfast and in the Executive Club. The room was spacious and comfortable. The minibar was chargeable, but the complimentary snacks were all very tasty. I don't know the brand of the conditioner, but it felt really good to use. They even gave me a set of samples when I checked out. This time, I tried the swimming pool, and it was perfect! 😍 There were very few people. I had an hour of uninterrupted swimming before a handsome guy arrived, so I had the whole pool to myself, hehe. The steam room was also very comfortable. 😌"

"My stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay was truly exceptional! The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and a wonderful environment. What really left a lasting impression, though, was the professionalism and service attitude of the staff. Every single employee showed guests genuine respect and care, making the experience incredibly comfortable. I want to extend a special thanks to Chloe! She was incredibly patient and had such a warm demeanor. Even after her shift ended, she proactively helped us coordinate and handle matters, patiently assisting us until everything was resolved. While a hotel's amenities might be memorable, it's the genuine care and human connection that truly makes you want to return. So, if I'm ever in Shenzhen again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Andaz Shenzhen Bay! 👍"

"Room: The rooms are spacious with great views; all rooms are 'view rooms,' divided into city view and ocean view. We checked in quite late, and they had already prepared our room for the night. The mini-bar is complimentary, offering a wide selection of snacks, coffee, tea, beer, sparkling water, soft drinks, and glassware. Our package included happy hour at the sky bar, which had an excellent view for sunset. Service: Traveling with friends, many staff members left a great impression on us. Nora and Naomi at the front desk, Frans and Maddy who gave us the room tour, Dylan and singer Ismelda at the bar, and Crystal at breakfast. We loved everyone! Food: The breakfast selection was very rich. We woke up late and arrived when they were almost closing, but Crystal specially replenished the cheese we wanted. Experience: The hotel is located in Shenzhen's Nanshan District, a bustling area, suitable for friends, couples, and families."

"We went to MGM SZ for weekend getaway, with my wifey and daughter to celebrate wedding anniversary. Right when we arrived at MGM Shenzhen, our experience was amazing!!! The checkin went very smooth and we were given an upgrade of our suite on 9/F with 270 degrees panoramic view of the sea! The room was a majestically large, with a huge balcony for us to do yoga the next morning. The interior design was nature themed and felt so relaxing. The circular tub was huge! and had a clear view out to the sky past the balcony. The hotel staff went out of their way to celebrate our anniversary by giving cake, chocolates in our room, decorating our dining table with rose petals and a flower when we went to FIAMMA, and free family photo session! The staff service, food quality and presentation of the dishes was top notch black pearl level! There was so much to do at the hotel and at the huge beach right out front. The hotel outdoor environment is definitely very unique w a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea and a 2km long beach that managed veryvwell! Lots to play there including water sports, swimming in sea and eateries.! Not least is the outdoor swimming pool, kids play facilities in hotel! I also booked a space on 3F of hotel podium to hold a celebration event with a flower backdrop installation for my wife. Karen Chen and Lisa 宝儿, of sales/events planning department, did a super splendid work, professional and accommodating in facilitating the process and ensuring our stay and celebration was excellent! Lisa was very on top of the event and answered all my queries instantly, and coordinated with the vendor to set up. Still lots great things to say, but getting to long, so in sum we will be definitely going back to MGM SZ, with friends an family, and to enjoy the many attactions and facilities that we havent done yet!!!"

"We had a great relaxed stay in this hotel. I booked a garden view room but was upgraded to a mountain view which had wonderful views over the surrounding mountains and had nice sunset. Soft couch on balcony to chill with view. We got up early to see the sunset from the beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel has semi-private beach, not much control who comes in from the public beach and you can only swim inbetween the lines. Hotel have several private beach beds and we always had space to use it. Pool is nice. Breakfast was ok had enough to choose. Was missing cheese and bacon. Diner prices in the hotel quite high, there are not much options around the hotel or for takeout. The room was nice but the airconditioning system really should be cleaned, the air from it was moldy so we closed it most of our stay. The room have this connecting door to bring 2 rooms together, which is bad for sound insulation: you can hear the neighbors very well. Staff is friendly and very helpful with all our questions. The addition picture service is a nice addition, just 20 minutes and result was good. Overal great stay!"

"I always choose high-end hotels for my travels, and this stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen truly offered an even higher level of quality and service. First, I particularly want to commend my butler, Pierre, for his excellent service! It was my wedding anniversary on the day of check-in, and I mentioned it to Butler Pierre when he called me. The check-in process was swift, and upon entering the room, I was delighted to see the thoughtful decorations and a handwritten blessing on a card. I'm very grateful for Pierre's considerate preparations. Second, the hotel boasts an elegant environment. From check-in to quick processing and room service, you can feel the warmth; every service staff member I encountered in the restaurant was full of smiles. The hotel's service response is incredibly fast; from the moment you call to order coffee to your room, it's very prompt. They even offer 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea delivery to the room. Having stayed in various five-star and even seven-star hotels both domestically and internationally, if I could rate it, I would give The St. Regis Shenzhen a ten-star rating, because both the facilities and service completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and hope you continue to improve!"

"The Park Hyatt Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier luxury hotel in Futian. If we're talking about the best breakfast hotel in Guangdong Province, it's definitely the Park Hyatt. There's no comparison, truly. Located within the Ping An Finance Center, right in the heart of Futian CBD, it boasts excellent transport links and is surrounded by a plethora of large shopping malls, offering abundant choices for shopping and dining – incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's design is a tranquil and elegant 'Oriental Mansion' style, making it perfect for both business and family travelers. The rooms offer expansive high-floor views, with the city skyline laid out before you. The cleanliness and hardware facilities are impeccable. I want to extend a special thanks to Kyan, Alan, Spencer, Bobby, and Bert from the Concierge team. The Concierge truly represents the best and most cutting-edge service at the Park Hyatt. My anniversary stay was wonderfully arranged and really touched my heart. Every time, I feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, they provided so much thoughtful assistance. Their service is professional yet warm, significantly enhancing the entire trip experience. I'm always very satisfied with my stays here; it's a hotel worth visiting every month."

"My last visit to Shenzhen was a long time ago. Back then, I was always rushing for business trips, so the city only left me with hazy memories of glass curtain walls and elevated highways. This time, I had two days to spare. Heading west from the airport, I saw new buildings and green spaces everywhere. The city has changed much more than I remembered. Stepping into the lobby, the first thing that caught my eye was artist Huang Qicheng's 'White Night'. The woman's eyes were closed, her face serene. When a staff member came over to chat, they mentioned that this sculpture actually symbolizes 'home' – for those on business trips, entering the Conrad can also evoke a feeling of returning home. In the center of the drop-off area, 'Liangyi' features a Taihu stone resting in a water feature, like a quiet period at the end of a sentence. Not far away stands 'Tree of Life' – a winding pathway serves as the trunk, with Lingnan fishing houses scattered across it, like small boats moored among the branches. The gigantic brass sculpture 'City Rhyme' on the front desk's background wall blends elements from eight major architectural styles into a metallic texture, as if compressing the memory of an entire Chinese city into one wall. My room's floor-to-ceiling windows faced Qianhai Bay. The sunset painted the sky with layers of purple twilight, making the blue hour particularly tranquil. The interior design concept was 'Fishermen's Song at Dusk'. The bedside lamp emitted a warm glow, and once the curtains were drawn, the entire room felt peaceful and subdued. As a five-star hotel, its gym is the most user-friendly I've ever seen. It's fully equipped with Technogym cardio and strength equipment, and there's also a dedicated stretching area. There are coaches on duty, and private training sessions can be booked. It's not crowded; going in the morning or evening usually means no waiting for machines. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Qianhai Bay, and running while looking at the sea makes an extra twenty minutes feel effortless. The breakfast wasn't exceptionally lavish, but the quality was consistently good. The rice noodles (changfen) were authentic, with thin, slippery wrappers and perfectly seasoned sauce. There was a good selection of breads and pastries, and fresh fruit. On the day I left, I didn't have time for breakfast, so Chloe, the butler, provided the menu options in advance, and I simply collected my breakfast at the front desk before checking out. I'm used to self-collecting takeout at five-star hotels, but the Conrad's butler service saved me that step – just send a message with what you want to eat, and the concierge brings it up. There's a park opposite the hotel. Taking a stroll there at sunset, the breeze from the sea carries a hint of grass. These two days, I had no plans. I woke up naturally, worked out at the gym, spent the afternoon watching the sea from the window, and took a walk in the park across the street in the evening. Shenzhen's pace is fast, but in this room overlooking Qianhai Bay, it felt slow."

"First of all, thanks for your hospitality. My stay was very comfortable, and the two-day, one-night trip was a great experience. 1. The room was comfortable, and I happened to catch a sunny day, so the view was fantastic. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and suited my taste perfectly. 2. The welcome fruit in the room was excellent, and the butler thoughtfully delivered an extra 6 bottles of Oriental Leaf tea. 3. The coastline view was beautiful. Although we missed the 6 PM yacht during sunset, they still allowed us to go up and take photos, which was very accommodating. 4. The sound bath and wind chimes were fun and a great experience. The fireworks were also fantastic. 5. The entire common area felt very private, which made for a good experience. I also have a few suggestions regarding some minor issues or things that felt just okay: 1. There was a 5 yuan charge for a paper cup to take away coffee with afternoon tea, which I found inappropriate. Coffee and a cup should be a necessary part of the service, not an extra charge. 2. The clam dish at dinner was generally mediocre, possibly due to the type of clam – the shells were too big. The hot and sour shredded potatoes were a bit of a miss; they were stir-fried with minced ginger, which I recommend asking guests about dietary restrictions beforehand, as this isn't the typical preparation for hot and sour shredded potatoes. Other than that, there were no issues, and overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back to try other room types!"
