"First off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room. The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍 For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊"

"My stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen Nanshan truly exceeded all expectations, I simply have to rave about it! 💁 Butler Service: Nico was incredibly attentive! Nico called me in advance to confirm my check-in needs and preferences. On the day of arrival, she even upgraded us to a bay view room on a higher floor with a stunning view, free of charge. She personally escorted us from the ground floor all the way to our room, explaining all the facilities and providing helpful tips along the way – so thoughtful! During our stay, any request we had was met with an immediate response. Nico, our butler, was truly caring, gentle, and professional. 🌃 Night View: The 'cloud-level' vista was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel lobby and guest rooms are mainly located from the 66th to the 78th floor. Even before entering the room, you can overlook the entire Shenzhen Bay, which is truly stunning. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer an exceptionally expansive view, with Shenzhen Bay and the city skyline spread out before you. In the evening, the golf course, the 'Spring Bamboo' tower, and Shenzhen Bay are all visible, making the scenery particularly amazing. Gazing at the city lights from the 66th floor, any fatigue instantly melted away. 🍽️ Dining: Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were plentiful! The dinner buffet offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes, with seafood, sashimi, desserts, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream – everything you could wish for. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also very extensive, with many options. The freshly made congee, fresh coconut opened on the spot, and authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum were all fantastic. The freshly made rice noodle rolls and morning tea dim sum were also very authentic. Breakfast was enjoyed at the high-altitude restaurant on the 66th floor, offering panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay. Eating breakfast by the window, while enjoying the scenery, was pure bliss. Overall, the service, views, and dining were all top-notch. I'm grateful that my Trip.com Black Diamond membership's 'one city, one room' benefit allowed us to experience the charm of Shangri-La Nanshan."

"I highly recommend Andaz Shenzhen Bay! I brought my daughter here for her birthday 🎂🎉, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I especially want to commend Mia from Guest Relations; her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She helped decorate the room for the birthday, surprised us with a small cake, and even assisted with restaurant reservations. She's genuinely welcoming and always thinks of the guests, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. In addition, the handsome front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant servers were very sharp, proactive, and quick to respond. The hotel environment is full of ambiance, and the rooms are comfortable. It was a wonderful birthday stay, and the entire staff, represented by Mia, left a lasting impression. If you're coming to Shenzhen, you can confidently choose this hotel!"

"This time, I was looking for a hotel where I could relax and unwind, and the Raffles Shenzhen, number one on the list, truly lived up to its reputation and made my trip worthwhile. From the moment I got out of the car, the staff provided full service. There were always people in all public areas to guide me, making check-in and subsequent trips to various facilities very smooth. The hotel atmosphere is quiet and elegant, comfortable and cozy. The decor is also magnificent with spacious rooms, not feeling as oppressive as CBD hotels nor as noisy as resort hotels. The sea view room offered a fantastic view of Shenzhen Bay with an expansive panorama. The bathtub by the window also provided direct views of the beautiful scenery. At night, with the bathroom lights off, the combination of the sea view and city lights was just perfect. Our butler, Kathryn/Qian, even helped prepare a bubble bath. Unfortunately, I was engrossed in a game and lost track of time, so by the time I got in, the bubbles had dwindled, haha. The hotel breakfast was delicious. There were no fancy dishes, just classic and hearty options, with both Chinese and Western flavors. Even close to breakfast closing time, the chefs would constantly replenish the food, and the waitstaff would kindly remind guests to grab more if they wished. On the night I arrived, I was quite tired, so I ordered room service directly. The portions were very generous, and the taste was just as good as dining in. I ate until I was stuffed! Plus, with the free mini-bar drinks, it was truly a feast. The pool on the 33rd floor is large, with perfectly temperate and clean water. Being indoors, it's unaffected by the weather. Lifeguards were on continuous watch, even when there were only one or two people swimming, they remained attentive, making me feel completely safe. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Each department and area had very responsible supervisors. Whether it was room service, dining reservations, or spa and fitness, they accurately recognized guests, making the experience very smooth. After checking out, I mentioned that my high-speed train was still some time away and I wanted to find a place to sit. The staff escorted me to the lobby lounge and offered me a complimentary drink. It truly felt like Raffles genuinely cares about its customers. The next time I want to find a place to relax, I will definitely choose Raffles again."

"I booked a sky-sea view room, and the front desk gave me a corner room, which meant the balcony had an extra 90-degree extension. That extra 90-degree balcony space was huge, but there wasn't much to do with it, which felt a bit wasted. The suite was a one-bedroom, one-living room setup with ample space, and it had two toilets and two sinks. When the weather was good, opening the balcony door to listen to the sound of the waves created a wonderful ambiance. The bed and pillows were of good quality, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very comfortably at night. The first round of drinks in the minibar was complimentary. I also booked through a certain platform which included a travel photography service: 8 basic retouches + 1 fine retouch. You could take the photos after checking out the next day, and there were quite a lot of people getting pictures taken. Beyond the hotel, there were pretty much no other facilities within a ten-mile radius, so most of the time was spent at the hotel. There were plenty of parent-child facilities, and I saw many families with both young and old, making it quite suitable for families. If you don't eat at the hotel, it's about a ten-minute taxi ride to Dameisha or Yantian Seafood Street. The beach wasn't very big; the sand near the sea was quite comfortable, but walking on other parts hurt my feet. The breakfast left a deep impression on me, but not in a good way; it was surprisingly poor. The variety was too limited, and the taste was just mediocre. A hotel of this caliber shouldn't have such breakfast. The service was good. It's a good choice if you're looking for an occasional beach resort experience."

"A very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming, and the suggestions I made were quickly addressed. The hotel's decor and maintenance are top-notch; I even saw staff cleaning and maintaining the floors during my stay, which shows how well the facilities are usually kept. It was very quiet at night, and listening to the sound of waves hitting the shore was incredibly relaxing. This kind of hotel is perfect for a vacation, offering a slice of peace in this busy world. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I hope it continues to improve!"

"As a newly opened luxury hotel, The St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai boasts impressive hardware. The public areas are grandly designed with a high-ceilinged lobby and exquisite materials, creating a fantastic overall ambiance. The breakfast quality is also excellent. However, the guest room design is a bit disappointing. While the room size isn't small, the layout is impractical, making it feel cramped in reality. Another significant drawback is the welcome fruit included in the package. My Ctrip Black Diamond benefits only provided three small 'ginseng fruit' as a welcome amenity. Having stayed at many five-star hotels, such a casual and subpar welcome fruit significantly detracts from the overall stay experience and doesn't align with the St. Regis brand's positioning. The public areas offer a great experience, but there's significant room for improvement in guest room details and welcome amenities."

"The Park Hyatt Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier luxury hotel in Futian. If we're talking about the best breakfast hotel in Guangdong Province, it's definitely the Park Hyatt. There's no comparison, truly. Located within the Ping An Finance Center, right in the heart of Futian CBD, it boasts excellent transport links and is surrounded by a plethora of large shopping malls, offering abundant choices for shopping and dining – incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's design is a tranquil and elegant 'Oriental Mansion' style, making it perfect for both business and family travelers. The rooms offer expansive high-floor views, with the city skyline laid out before you. The cleanliness and hardware facilities are impeccable. I want to extend a special thanks to Kyan, Alan, Spencer, Bobby, and Bert from the Concierge team. The Concierge truly represents the best and most cutting-edge service at the Park Hyatt. My anniversary stay was wonderfully arranged and really touched my heart. Every time, I feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, they provided so much thoughtful assistance. Their service is professional yet warm, significantly enhancing the entire trip experience. I'm always very satisfied with my stays here; it's a hotel worth visiting every month."

"Before coming, I saw some negative reviews saying the experience was mediocre and the dining wasn't good, so I was actually a bit nervous. But I'm so glad I still came. It truly met all my expectations for a secluded getaway hotel. Quiet, relaxing, and never boring. The hotel arranged a wind chimes craft class, and the teacher was very patient. We went out on a yacht, had a bonfire and hand drums on the beach at night, and then meditation and relaxation the next morning. I really loved the planned activities; nothing felt rushed, and they perfectly complemented the sense of secluded relaxation. I ate three meals at the hotel, and even during peak hours, the food was served quickly, and the value for money was incredible. A one-and-a-half-pound grouper was only about 80 yuan, and a mango sago dessert was just 6 yuan. The service was also excellent; the butler delivered luggage upon check-in and picked it up upon departure. I stayed in a Xi Meng room, which required no stairs and was only 20 meters from the restaurant. I recommend staying in phase one, not phase two."
