"I usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏"

"The hotel is located right above Mangrove Bay South Station, next to Ruijing, making it very convenient for getting around. For shopping and dining, besides Ruijing next door, it's also easy to get to Shenzhen Bay MixC and MixC World. The room size is average, but it's very new. They provided complimentary fruit, wine, and afternoon tea. The view from the window overlooks the golf course, not the construction site, which is quite beautiful. The breakfast selection is also very rich. My only suggestion would be to offer more side dishes for the congee. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"Service: Really great, they're very responsive to requests. However, when I asked a specific question, the answer was a bit confusing. It said laundry would be washed and returned within 4 hours (I'm from Nanshan, Shenzhen and didn't bring many clothes 🤦), but then it also mentioned something about next-day collection. Hygiene: There was an open sugar cube that hadn't been thrown away, but the countertops and everything else were very clean, as they should be. The lobby and public restrooms were also clean. Facilities: The coffee machine worked, and all the water facilities were normal. Environment: It's been pretty hot lately, my glasses fogged up, typical Shenzhen weather. The fact that the Spring Bamboo (China Resources Tower) is right next door is a huge bonus!"

"This was my first stay at Raffles Shenzhen, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. We arrived quite late from Hong Kong Disneyland, but the concierge and front desk on the first floor were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The next day, when we returned from Macau, they even prepared iced Cantonese sweet soup, which was absolutely delicious. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The bubble bath foam the hotel provided was very dense and made for a wonderfully relaxing soak. When checking out, I even kept two room cards; they really capture the unique Raffles character."

Our family's overall experience with our little one was impeccable, and we felt incredibly comfortable and warm throughout our stay! A special and sincere thank you goes to Manager Even ❤️. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. After learning we were traveling with a baby, Even proactively upgraded our room for free and even prepared cute, fun children's souvenirs and an exclusive wooden commemorative room key in advance – the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. Even continued to follow up attentively throughout our two-day stay, specifically informing us that we could flexibly book room cleaning via WeChat to ensure our baby's rest wasn't disturbed. Even also enthusiastically assisted us in booking a hotel restaurant, where the food ingredients were fresh and the taste was palatable, making it perfect for family dining. As it was a peak occupancy period for the hotel, Even thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy breakfast at the 12th-floor Executive Lounge, perfectly avoiding the long queues during the lobby's breakfast rush. All staff at the Executive Lounge provided gentle and patient service with quick responses. The dining environment was tranquil and elegant, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. On the day of check-out, Even specifically came to the lobby to politely bid us farewell, a gesture full of ceremony that was especially heartwarming. 🦁 The hotel's boutique shop offers a wide array of creative cultural products; the signature little lion series of dolls are exquisitely crafted, soft, and adorable, making for very meaningful souvenirs. The entire team's service was professional yet warm and meticulous, creating an excellent ambiance. This is definitely the top choice for a family-friendly stay in Shenzhen, and we will certainly choose it again on our next visit!"

"Exceeded all my expectations! Based on previous reviews, I thought the room might be a bit old, but upon checking in, I found it to be very well-maintained and spacious. The garden view room was lush and green, truly refreshing! For a beachfront hotel that's been open for seven or eight years, this room quality is genuinely commendable! **Facilities:** The bathroom fixtures were high quality, with a German brand Grohe shower and bathtub, and Duravit toilet and sink. The mattress, bathrobes, and toiletries were also excellent. **Environment:** I absolutely loved the hotel's garden, right by the sea. I even preferred it over the Jiexiu Bay beach itself. It was a bit rainy during my stay, so I didn't see the glass-like sea under the sun, but the vibrant green Egret Lake Garden, pavilions, and lush green mountains were incredibly therapeutic! **Service:** The staff were very welcoming, especially at check-in. There was a young woman in the lobby leading kids in dancing and games, and there were even alpacas and bunnies to pet – super cute! **Recommended Spot:** The outdoor pool, with its seamless view of the ocean, was absolutely stunning! I didn't venture too far, only visited the National Geological Park. It wasn't crowded and was very tranquil, which is exactly what I like – no throngs of people. I'll definitely bring my parents next time – I'm totally smitten with this place!"

"I only stayed for one night, but The St. Regis Shenzhen, Qianhai truly exceeded my expectations! I especially want to commend my dedicated butlers, Chris and Sylvia. They were responsive 24/7 and always available. When I checked in, they personally gave me a room tour, patiently explained how to use every facility, and even demonstrated the lighting modes – extremely professional. What was even more thoughtful was that they had already prepared a cozy room before I entered, and even drew a luxurious bubble bath by hand, which was incredibly therapeutic! Before check-out, while I was still scrambling to pack, they proactively offered to help me with my luggage, neatly organizing everything. Their service was truly five-star. Throughout my stay, their greetings were warm and natural, completely free of any forced formality. The hardware is excellent, but it's this personal touch that makes me want to return. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality experience!"

"The Park Hyatt Shenzhen is in a fantastic spot, situated right next to two premier shopping malls where you can find just about any cuisine imaginable. The moment you step inside, it’s clear you’re in for an unforgettable stay. I personally love the design; they have made wonderful use of wood, marble, and other tactile, non-reflective materials throughout the interior. It creates such a calming, grounded atmosphere that is a refreshing change from the usual ostentatious, high-gloss hotels—it perfectly captures the true essence of 'quiet luxury.' Although I only stayed for a single night, it was a truly memorable experience, especially waking up on a high floor to such a beautiful sunrise. The service throughout was exemplary, with the staff being both intuitive and remarkably attentive. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast, which featured a superlative variety of dim sum and Western dishes, alongside an amazing selection of fresh fruits and juices. I also enjoyed a facial at the spa, where the therapist was clearly very experienced; I especially appreciated their discretion, as they knew precisely when to chat and when to let me relax in silence. Between the stunning city views, the refined pool, and the impeccable service, this hotel is a true sanctuary in the heart of the city"

"The wind at Shanya is really strong, but personally, I really dislike the trend of using obscure characters for trendy spots. However, I couldn't resist my family's repeated requests and enthusiastic invitations, so I reluctantly came despite the not-so-great weather 🤫. The road was very bumpy, with eighteen twists and turns before we finally reached our destination. At the gate, a security guard first checked our reservation information, which was quite strict. Let's skip the essay and get to the summary 🫨. There are beautiful fireworks at night. The Western restaurant isn't expensive and the food is decent. The free breakfast is also good, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed 🍊. The service attitude is excellent and responses are timely. The room also includes complimentary drinks and snacks. The park isn't very big and is suitable for families. The swimming pool was filled with parents and their children 👨‍👩‍👦. I feel like couples and friends don't need to go to this kind of place; it's not very cost-effective (I wouldn't pay for it myself 🙅🏻‍♀️). Ultimately, it's just a homestay."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it."
