"I visited InterContinental Dameisha in winter before, and the outdoor pool water was a bit cool. Coming back this summer, the experience has been a complete upgrade. The hotel's location is unbeatable; stepping out leads directly to their private beach. All the outdoor pools are perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I was worried about a typhoon these past two days, but the weather turned out great. Getting into the water a bit later in the afternoon meant less intense sun, and after swimming, sitting by the pool enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing. The room's ocean view is stunning, and sitting on the balcony watching the sea is very comfortable. The bedding also ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff were all very polite, and the check-in process was smooth overall. Visiting in winter offers a quiet ocean viewing experience, while summer allows you to fully enjoy the pools and water activities by the sea. Both offer different but equally suitable ways to relax and unwind. I'll definitely be back."

She's genuinely welcoming and always thinks of the guests, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. "Every time I return to stay at Raffles Shenzhen, the overall ambiance is elegant and luxurious, and the room experience is comfortable and cozy. What impresses me most is the family-like service from concierge Sean. Sean is genuinely warm and considerate, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's not just standardized procedures, but heartfelt care, as if treating a family member. He meticulously notes our travel needs, proactively enquiring about my arm injury and recovery status. Throughout our interactions, he observes my condition carefully, remembering my previous requests at the hotel; each stay, Sean proactively prepares a bubble bath for me. Many things are properly arranged in advance before we even have to ask. There’s no artificial politeness or distance; that genuine care is incredibly heartwarming. While exquisite hardware is readily available in high-end hotels, this kind of sincere, family-like service is exceptionally precious. Sean's thoughtful and detailed actions, for which I am very grateful, added so much beauty to this trip. I will definitely choose Raffles again for future visits and sincerely recommend it to everyone."

She proactively added me on WeChat and clearly explained all the hotel's attractions, activity opening times, and many practical tips. Any subsequent questions I had were answered very promptly, saving us a lot of trouble from having to inquire around. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with great attention to detail. The bedding was comfortable, and standing on the balcony, you could enjoy the expansive sea view, with the sea breeze being incredibly relaxing. The hotel's public areas were well-maintained; the pool water was clean and refreshing, and there were plenty of family-friendly activities, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Every staff member we encountered along the way had a smile on their face and was friendly and courteous, truly making us feel the sincerity of their service. The genuine holiday experience was very pleasant and highly suitable for family travel. "Exceeded all my expectations! Based on previous reviews, I thought the room might be a bit old, but upon checking in, I found it to be very well-maintained and spacious. The garden view room was lush and green, truly refreshing! For a beachfront hotel that's been open for seven or eight years, this room quality is genuinely commendable! **Facilities:** The bathroom fixtures were high quality, with a German brand Grohe shower and bathtub, and Duravit toilet and sink. The mattress, bathrobes, and toiletries were also excellent. **Environment:** I absolutely loved the hotel's garden, right by the sea. I even preferred it over the Jiexiu Bay beach itself. It was a bit rainy during my stay, so I didn't see the glass-like sea under the sun, but the vibrant green Egret Lake Garden, pavilions, and lush green mountains were incredibly therapeutic! **Service:** The staff were very welcoming, especially at check-in. There was a young woman in the lobby leading kids in dancing and games, and there were even alpacas and bunnies to pet – super cute! **Recommended Spot:** The outdoor pool, with its seamless view of the ocean, was absolutely stunning! I didn't venture too far, only visited the National Geological Park. It wasn't crowded and was very tranquil, which is exactly what I like – no throngs of people. I'll definitely bring my parents next time – I'm totally smitten with this place!"

"The ambiance is perfect, 10/10! The lobby design is absolutely stunning; I was genuinely awestruck by the trees inside the lobby when I arrived after a late-night flight. It's definitely a great spot for photos. However, the service was quite average. You could tell they were trying their best to serve you well, like they'd just finished training and were new on the job. The second front desk staff member who checked me in spoke in a very condescending tone, as if I owed them a fortune. I told them I had booked breakfast for one and wanted to add another person, but this staff member ended up canceling my entire breakfast order. And then they even asked for a good review. The staff often made mistakes or seemed impatient. At other hotels, the staff usually prioritizes guest requests, but here it felt like they were doing everything reluctantly. Perhaps in a couple of years, once the staff training improves, the experience will be better."

There's no comparison, truly. Located within the Ping An Finance Center, right in the heart of Futian CBD, it boasts excellent transport links and is surrounded by a plethora of large shopping malls, offering abundant choices for shopping and dining – incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's design is a tranquil and elegant 'Oriental Mansion' style, making it perfect for both business and family travelers. The rooms offer expansive high-floor views, with the city skyline laid out before you. The cleanliness and hardware facilities are impeccable. I want to extend a special thanks to Kyan, Alan, Spencer, Bobby, and Bert from the Concierge team. The Concierge truly represents the best and most cutting-edge service at the Park Hyatt. My anniversary stay was wonderfully arranged and really touched my heart. Every time, I feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, they provided so much thoughtful assistance. Their service is professional yet warm, significantly enhancing the entire trip experience. I'm always very satisfied with my stays here; it's a hotel worth visiting every month."

"The hotel stay and dining were absolutely fantastic. The food was incredibly affordable, like a budget-friendly local eatery, and the seafood prices were much better than outside restaurants. Both the Chinese and Western dishes were delicious. The accommodation was very quiet, and no one disturbed us during our stay. Upon arrival at the parking lot, the butler helped with parking and charging, and the welcome fruit was also very tasty. After checking in, I couldn't stop recommending it to family and friends. The only downsides were the many stairs to climb, and the shuttle bus only dropped off at the Phase 2 entrance. Also, when the balcony window was opened, there was a strange smell."
