The hostel accommodation is good, beds are comfortable and they have a large kitchen for self use and washing machine can be used for free, the staff did online check-in through Wechat which was very good, overall recommended for solo travelers exploring shenzhen"

I booked a rooftop sea view room. The sea view can be seen in the room or on the terrace.
The room furnishings are very Chinese. The bed is Chinese. There are Chinese paintings in the room. There are also Chinese furnishings. Very pleasantly surprised.

GGuest UserThe location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The streetlights and the crowds along the way back to the hotel at night gave me a very safe feeling.
The room was very comfortable and spacious, without feeling cramped. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the windows were well-insulated, so I could barely hear the traffic outside at night, making for a very restful sleep.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with freshly changed sheets and pillowcases, and no odor. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the sink and mirror were spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. Such attention to detail is evident.
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area for business or pleasure. It's a great value and a worry-free stay!

JJay692Very good price for what it is. Location is a little far out (but right next to the metro so no problems) and well away from the touristy areas. It felt like living like a local in Shenzhen! Food options were therefore excellent. Those from abroad should have these expectations: it is an ordinary 41st floor apartment in an apartment complex, but with around 20 beds put in there. It is not your typical European hostel. There are two bathrooms shared between this many people. You can imagine the pros and cons of this - but generally I did not mind after a while. The sheets were clean and the curtains were excellent and black-out. I really enjoyed my stay here, and recommend it if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a few tradeoffs. There is no check in desk or similar, but the customer service through messaging was excellent. WeChat is recommended. Overall I am happy.

MMr.Mos.tvThe hostel is in a very nice location and close to the metro. It's a 6/7 minute walk to Dongmen Street. You can eat delicious food very cheaply around there and do cheap clothes shopping.
The owner was friendly. Inside, there is hot water, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, shampoo, and toothbrushes, all free. They don't provide towels; instead, there is a small, disposable face towel.
The lights turn off at 11:30 PM. I had gone for one day, but ended up staying for four. I recommend it

AAmbroseThe accommodation is located in a modernly managed large apartment with a very luxurious ground floor lobby. Close to Shenzhen Library North Building and Shenzhen Art Gallery is also the extremely popular Hongshan 6979 shopping mall. Very complete viewing and eating.

WWonderlust888I would say keep your expectations as low as possible cuz this place acts more like a shared house where workers rent a bed to survive in big city rather than an international youth hostel for travellers. I used it simply for my overnight transit so it was good enough but I wouldn’t want to stay for over 10 hours here due to the toilet conditions.
Location was perfectly situated next to Gangxia North train station Exit 9, and it’s underground walk, very smooth with suitcases to the airport line 35 mins ride. Lots of restaurants nearby, very convenient.
There’s also no reception so you’ll have to contact the hostel via free call on trips/wechat.

It's not easy to find but following the others reviews and photos I had no problem.
The mattress was one of the hardest never tried 😂 but I also didn't ask to change it or add another one so for me it still really recommended.

GGuest UserThe owner of this apartment is very good and welcoming, the location is also very good to find, close to two different subway stations, quite clean, the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, the corridor and the noise downstairs can be heard clearly, but the price is good.

SShitoujiejieI checked in here after exiting the Liantang Port. I originally booked another place, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available, so I had to find this one nearby at the last minute. Although the ratings were decent and the price wasn't high, arriving at the location was quite a shock. It's barely acceptable for a one-night stay. I'd suggest the owner spruce things up a bit; it would make a big difference.
What I found particularly unacceptable was, first, the bathroom (I later discovered there were two, and the other one was slightly better). Second, there was an incredibly strange roommate:
1. She wasn't in the room, but her phone was playing loudly.
2. Everyone else was asleep, but her phone was still blasting. I asked her to turn it down, and she did, but it got loud again shortly after.
3. After midnight, she started soaking her feet, with her phone still playing loudly, and didn't turn off the lights and go to sleep until 1 or 2 AM.
4. The next morning, someone opened the curtains, and she imperatively demanded they be closed. Isn't someone this selfish incredibly odd?
