"The location is decent, with a bus stop right outside and a supermarket and restaurants nearby. However, the hygiene is terrible. On the first day, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty. We saw cockroaches every day. The facilities are super basic, like a budget motel you'd find in China for less than 100 yuan, and they don't even provide tissues. 🙂"

"Dear Management, We check in late at night on 26/9/25 at around 11pm . Our booking and arrangement was made from Suva prior to our arrival in the hotel. We were serve by Reapi - she approach us in a very unproffessional way & making us wait on the foyer awaiting for the confirmation as there was no proper handover made internally. Her tone and attitude towards us was very unproffessional. This needs to be look into - customer service : also we are still waiting for receipt of our accomodation payment from Reapi Overall the room which we stayed in was OK and we love the food cooked by the cook for morning and night shift- kudos to the kitchen crew. Thank you to the team doing morning shift in the weekend"

"It was beyond my expectations, cooking area and washing machine was really a good one, the only downside was the television and Olympic coverage often freezing, there was WiFi but I got a sim card and a weeks plan which was enough, shopping center downstairs and everything close by very nice"
