I asked the travel agency and the hotel admitted that they deducted the money from my card without informing me. The explanation was that the room rate had increased that day so I had to pay the difference. Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue satisfactorily and the hotel refunded the fee. I like CTRIP."

Because the hotel is connected to other office buildings and apartments, those who drive must park their cars at the green parking sign and use the nearest elevator with a green sign. It was embarrassing for us to go to the wrong elevator, and we could only wait for the front desk guy to rescue us. The front desk guy was very handsome and enthusiastic."
