"Before you check in, you have to pay the deposit by email. Check in is also a bit difficult, there is no front desk, no one answers the phone, and then send a message to contact. If there is no local phone, it is more troublesome. There is a waiter waiting at the door to hand in the room card. The facilities in the room are complete and new, but there are no curtains in the living room! ! This is indeed a big accident! After checking out, there is no service for luggage storage. According to Trip.com , there are paid storage places around. The experience is average."

"The space was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had enough water pressure. The kitchen has a small fridge and stove with all the necessary utensils and plateware. It is located in a convenient area close to many food options as well as ice cream and donuts. Would stay here again."

"The local is perfect, close to downtown, so there are many groceries, restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel also not far from attractions such as old montreal, old port ~ 2 km (walkable). The room was very clean and enough space for 2 persons and luggage. The Amenities were excellent, I liked that there was sofa in the room. So, highly recommend, absolutely worth for money"

"Urban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen."

"The location is excellent, easy to walk around old Montreal area, the hotel is pet friendly, my family enjoy the stay in the hotel. A minor issue with the hotel room is some electric outlet on the wall does not work, a bit inconvenient to change our cell phone."

"We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: ”Gare Centrale”) and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away (”IGA”) and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court (”Le Central”) 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel. Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice. Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile."

"Overall very satisfied, brand new hotel, the price is far lower than the hotel booked in other cities. The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a subway station exit diagonally opposite, and it is very convenient to take to St. Joseph's Church and the old city. The room is a bit small, but there are also some. The best thing is that breakfast is free, far more choices than Toyoko, the automatic muffin machine is too cute. Recommended. There are two shortcomings: 1 Too new, the smell in the corridor is quite big, the room is fine; 2 There are many homeless people on the nearby Katherine Pedestrian Street, and the atmosphere is a bit scary."
