"I stayed on the 20th floor in a premium Fallsview room with two queen beds. The view was amazing, but since it’s winter, the window was frozen, so I couldn’t really see much in the morning. I think it’s better to check the weather before booking. Still, the night view was great, so I enjoyed it overall."

"Marriott rarely disappoints! I believe I stayed on the 11th floor, and the waterfall view was perfectly clear. It was a shame the weather wasn't great that day, but the scenery was very much like the online photos! We bought a package that was supposed to include the hot spring spa, but upon arrival, we found out guests need to book online in advance to use the service. My family and I were put on a waiting list, and unfortunately, we never got a slot before checking out."

"Family-friend trip. Somehow all of the instructions provided to trip.com when we made the reservation was never communicated to the hotel as we booked two rooms and one with a pet. We also put the second room under another name on trip.com which seems like the message was never passed on so there was a confusion at the beginning. Thankfully there was a room available for pet dog. However the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Parking for hotel visitors are $20 with unlimited in and out which was not listed on trip.com. Wish Trip.com could provide more information"

"Nice quadruple room. The breakfast room is too small for all the bedrooms. Great location at walking distance from Niagara park."

"Location was perfect and the view was amazing. However waited a long time to check-in, room was like a furnace, even with the vent open. The carpet was crispy to walk, the beds kept moving away from the wall and there was a precarious brown mark on the ceiling. The room definitely needed maintainence. The staff at the desk were nice."

"The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking."

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"Staff at the hotel were all approachable and friendly. Hotel is simple, but comfortable and neat. We realy appreciate the staff at the cafe. They’re nice and always have a welcoming smile. Thank you"

"Hotel located on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Great location. Our hotel had a great view of the Falls, but it is a little bit farther back than the Fotos show on the Internet. Breakfast was not good. It was overcrowded you had to wait to get in and there were not enough seats at all. Skipped the breakfast buffet. "

"The receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us. Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs. You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed. Walls are dated, floors are updated. Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point."
