The room I booked has a good view. I can see the American Falls and the Canadian Falls. It's just a little far away from the Canadian Falls. It takes about ten minutes to walk there. Room hygiene and service are also good. But two things happened, indicating some incomprehension. First, the window of the room was blown open twice by the wind in the middle of the night. In the weather of minus 10 degrees, the loud noise was quite scary and directly affected my sleep. I informed the front desk the next day and there was no apology. The second step was to check out in the morning and wait for about half an hour for the elevator. The elevator didn't stop at all. For some reason, many people later chose to take the stairs. We went down from the 15th floor. Some floors are higher than ours, and there are many luggage, which is also very difficult. Another good thing is that check-in is stipulated at 4 pm, and we checked in at 2 o'clock.
