VELA be Bangkok Ratchathewi
"Tucked in a one way only street so traveling was inconvenient - but it also meant that the roads were less busy and the noise from cars weren’t loud. Because soundproofing was rather poor, I was assigned a room in the top floor that could connect to the adjacent room. Partially because the guests were loud, partially because the soundproofing was just that bad. When I was in the corridor, I could make out the conversations of the other guests. I was also awoken at 6AM on my third day because it started raining really heavily. But noise cancelling headphones and some music did the trick. Room also had a certain scent — it might be due to the bad ventilation so I had the balcony slightly ajar when out and about. Also had some marks by the walls. But sheets and pillows were all clean. I can attest to this as I have both sensitive and nose. Overall the cleanliness was decent. Location wise, many 7-11s up and down the road as well as nearby hotels and hostels. A great cafe that opens at 9AM was about a 3 minute walk and I basically went there everyday for coffee/matcha. Also had local food open till late in the area. Amenities wise, they provide 2 pairs of toothbrush and toothpaste per day. 2 bottles of water. I think cotton buds and a shower cap. Didn’t provide hotel slippers so there’s that. I think the staff said to help yourself to the ice cream in the freezer by the door but it was late at night when I checked in."
DEN-A2 Pratunam - Juldis Tower
"Very convenient location. At the foot of the Bayioke Tower. I booked this hotel specifically for shopping, and it's the best decision. Everything is within walking distance, from cheap junk and souvenirs to luxury shopping malls. Check-in was hassle-free, the staff explained everything and helped with the airport transfer. The metro is nearby. It's convenient that there are dishes and a kitchenette. Hot water and air conditioning are available. The furniture is old, but it serves its purpose, and it's a great value in a top location."
Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point
"Amazing experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room was spotless, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again in the future."
Twin Towers Hotel
"I am very thankful to the staff, especially 'New', for assisting us during our stay. The service was kind and helpful, and the facilities were comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the smooth check-in process and the support provided whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt well taken care of. Thank you for the warm hospitality."
Jasmine 59 Hotel
"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand! It's incredibly clean, comfortable, and very quiet. But the absolute best part was the service! The front desk staff were so attentive. We needed a driver to the airport last minute, and they helped us find one. It was supposed to be 500 baht, but since I only had 400, they still charged me just 400. Then, I managed to find a Grab car nearby, and when I had to cancel the car they arranged, their attitude was still amazing. I felt so bad about it... A huge thank you to the front desk staff and to the hotel for their incredible service!"
A-One Bangkok Hotel
"Been staying here for a few times it's great and quiet. Renovated recently and nice swimming pool."
