"Amazing stay—extra value for $30, absolutely unbeatable. The breakfast was excellent; they changed the main course every day during my 5-day stay. Fresh omelets and very decent coffee. It’s a perfect hotel to stay, relax, and chill. The only real downside is the location—if you plan to go to the city center every day, it’s probably not the best choice. The gym is good and clean, but the pool water didn’t feel very sanitary to me. Overall, definitely 9/10 for under $40."

"Facilities: The hotel has many facilities; although a bit old, they are very well maintained. Cleanliness: Standard cleanliness. Amenities and drinking water were replenished and refilled. Environment: Apart from the occasional sound of Thai motorbikes 'racing' down the street, being close to the elevated road does mean some noise. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. On weekends, there are street food stalls. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Chulalongkorn University food street, with lots of popular internet-famous spots and Michelin-recommended restaurants – very convenient. The gym and pool are both excellent. Service: Very good. They understood both English and Chinese. Highly recommended."

"The room is clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. There are restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and other shops around the accommodation, located on the main road, and close to the airport rail link."

"Clean and easy hotel with good amenities like shampoo and shower gel provided in room. You can request from front desk for other amenities like toothbrush and bedroom slippers. They have a paying washer and dryer on the ground floor which is very handy. And a nice but basic rooftop bar that you can see the views of the city. The surrounding areas has loads of good food and places for breakfast. There’s an amazing Pork Leg Rice (search Khao Kah Moo on google maps) just behind the hotel. There’s a shortcut that you can take through a small lane where they also sell Khao Soi and boat noodles. The BTS is about 10-12 mins walk away but the hotel provides a mini tuk tuk to take you to the train station isf you ask. The only gripe I have was that the shower stall had no door and the water kept flooding out the whole bathroom, seeping into the room area. We stemmed the water with the bath mat which essentially means the bath mat is always soaked the entire time. I informed the front desk staff about it and she just said, that they know about the issue and it happens a lot. I guess my question is, then why is something not done?"

"A really great place to stay. Central to great parks (Bechaktti, Lumpini), close to MRT and an easy connection to BTS Skytrain.  The room had amazing views and lots of space for our family of four and had great closet space and two full baths all at a good price.  The kids loved the rooftop pool.  Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful 28th floor Maria Gulimart restaurant.  Absolutely we would stay here again!"

"Very impressed with the professional and considerate staff. We ordered a cot last minute and they quickly had one delivered to the room. We also requested an extended check out and with a reasonable fee were able to get one. Beds comfortable, breakfast great, 2 pools to choose from, good gym and on a BTS line easy to get around town."

"I stayed at Aetas Lumphini Hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to key areas and public transport, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travel. The service standards were good, staff were polite and helpful, and for the price paid, the stay was definitely worth the money. One standout bonus was the complimentary minibar, which was a nice and thoughtful touch that added value to the stay and is not always offered by hotels in this category. That said, to stay competitive with other 5-star hotels, there are a few areas where improvements could be made: An automated curtain system would enhance comfort and align better with luxury expectations. It would be more practical to have a master light switch near the room entrance, instead of only at the bedside table. Replacing the soap bar with a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom would feel more modern and hygienic. Providing two tissue boxes placed at different areas of the room (e.g. bathroom and bedroom) would improve convenience. Overall, Aetas Lumphini Hotel offers a comfortable stay with good service and location, and with a few modern upgrades, it could easily match the standards of top-tier 5-star hotels."

"A bit far from the nearest train station (tho walkable) but also close to a pier! There's 2 nearby 7/11 and some local restaurants and laundry shops. The room is nice. I didn't get to see the hotel amenities. They also let you leave your luggage before/after your stay."

"Had an amazing time at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the staff and facilities. I even got a free upgrade to a suite, which I felt was better since we can eat in a separate room after putting my child to sleep. Thank you to the lady at the reception for it; I am very thankful. A few downsides to this hotel, I feel, would be that the pool is very cold, and there was no warm-water option. So, my child and I didn't spend much time there given how cold the water was. The other free amenities were great, including table hockey, darts, pinball, a driving simulator, a kids' club, and an indoor playground. For people who like street food, however, there isn't any downstairs or nearby, only a 7-11. It was very convenient to walk to Erawan Shrine, Central World, and the Siam area. The view was great for the room I got, too, on the 43rd floor. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok."

"This stay was a fantastic surprise! The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to Gaoxin and the Yunba monorail, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The owner provided warm and thoughtful service, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. They even kindly recommended local dining spots. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was plentiful and steady, making showers very pleasant. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I felt very secure—I didn't have to worry about leaving valuables in the room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!"
