"I was on a budget, and honestly, this was a good place to stay for the price. The room is simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent; you can step out onto the skywalk and immediately walk to the Airport Link station, where you'll find numerous of street food stalls. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, perfect if you want to try local cuisine."

Amazing
AAndreas AlthoffI arrived at 11 PM, but the host was still very friendly, even though I probably woke him up. My room was clean and had insect screens all around. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was actually very good. It had a large TV, smart lighting with a remote control, very hot water for the walk-in shower, and two complimentary bottles of water every day.
The breakfast was Thai cuisine – soups, rice, and chicken. As a European, you just have to be open to it. Alternatively, you could also get a piece of cake and a coffee.
Overall, it was a straightforward stay with great value for money, on par with hostel prices.
What wasn't ideal:
The guesthouse is a bit out of the way. Although it's only 200m from Bang Khae station, it's quickly 20 stops or up to 45 minutes to get to the city center.
It's not entirely quiet outside at night.
I would have liked the trash can to be emptied once during my four-day stay. I'm not that demanding about the rest. The grille of the ceiling fan could have used a cleaning.
But honestly...
We are in Thailand, not a 4-star hotel. For a good 70 Euros for 4 days and up to two people per room, this guesthouse is a clear recommendation.
GGuest UserI felt the front desk was professional. They marketed halloween goodies. I did not like that they did not have a door sign. It could be that they forgot one in the room. Clean I gave a 4 because the bathroom looked old but they do clean. I believe they might be short staff. Could be wrong. The morning swim, maybe the water not kept well at 8am but don’t get me wrong, I paid dirt cheap for my stay. To get a pool for that price wow but I do feel I should have something to park my bag in. Good sizeable safe in the room and maybe the lack of a table beside the bed was because the room I paid was low. You do see it in their photos. They have plenty of roof top to at least double the current gym size. There is potential and people with family or preferably to be in an area quiet can consider this place. There is a mall one station south and north to fill your needs. Nice entrance to the hotel. Maybe a better paint job in my room.

Kkakoa huahinThe room was excellent! Very close to the BTS Skytrain, making it easy to get around. There's a 400 baht deposit for the room. It's located down a deep alley, but it's well-lit even late at night, which is convenient. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. For this price, it's a fantastic room. It's convenient, not old, and surprisingly quiet, not noisy or dark. Great value for money! It even has a bathtub, toothbrushes, an electric kettle, and dishes. If you're traveling for work, especially as an EN VIP, I think it's also a good room for women to stay and work. The room isn't considered old at all. It would be even better if you could get a promotional price!

WWorld travelersThis hotel has the perfect location close to lots of restaurants, shops, and markets which is all within walking distance. The only downside is that the bathroom needs some updating and renovations as it was a little old and had a very bad smell. Otherwise, the place was cool.

GGuest UserRooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Close to BTS. The only problem I had during the whole stay was unstable and quite slow wi-fi connection. Keep that in mind if you have to work remotely.
