CC ²The Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 definitely has a great location, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and a 7-Eleven conveniently nearby. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the 24-hour gym was perfect for someone like me who enjoys fasted cardio and late-night workouts. The room facilities were also relatively new. However, perhaps because space is at a premium in Bangkok, the rooms here at the Courtyard felt a bit smaller and more cramped compared to hotels in Pattaya. That said, after pushing the twin beds together, it formed one very large bed – perfectly spacious for sleeping with my 7-year-old without any issues!

GGuest UserReally fun friendly clean hotel with modern touches and much better food and breakfast offerings than most. It's not a very central location for public transport, but there is great walkable ramen and bars and 7-11 of course. The rooftop bar is not to be missed!

GGuest UserThe hotel location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain station. There's also a connected walkway from the second floor of the adjacent EmSphere mall, so you don't have to walk in the sun. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of food, entertainment, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage places, and malls – very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and decor are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly.

From there, it's a direct one-stop ride to major shopping areas like Siam Square and Paragon. It's also conveniently located for visiting the Grand Palace and the Chao Phraya River. Being close to the Airport Rail Link station makes coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport super easy and stress-free. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores everywhere nearby, and the alley downstairs is packed with authentic Thai street food and massage shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

AAnonymous UserA good location for travellers looking for a quieter neighbourhood compared to the usual sukhumvit experience, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
1. Gets really inaccesible to convenience stores (they do sell limited options of snacks - at a surcharge of course)
2. Engaged their laundry services, almost couldn’t get it back and wanted to bill me an additional fee to get it back in time for me to checkout and catch my flight. Turns out one of my pants was damaged along the way but made no comments about it till I found out. Didn’t pursue this matter as I have to catch a flight, no time to look for resolutions.
3. Was back at the hotel one of the days slightly earlier at 4:30pm, to my dismay the room wasn’t cleaned, the crew only came by at 5:30pm and offered to clean the room but it wasn’t convenient for me (I was half asleep too). Subsequently took a mental note that I can’t be back at the hotel till at least 7pm if I need my room to be cleaned
Your experience may vary, but certainly not one of the experience I was thinking I would received.

Go to arrivals gate 4 and look for a desk with hotel names tell them BS Grand and they will call for you and show you where to wait and tell you when the mini bus is coming and even take you out to it. At the hotel book with reception and pick up bus there
Rooms are modern and spacious. Two swimming pools. Restaurant and Bar. All okay. I prefer pool 2 which tends to be quiet and is surrounded by garden
Building work at the moment so the pool bar and massage was closed here as we're the toilets but a short walk to the main pool and reception
Near street markets and convenience stores and even a Thai open air night club restaurant with live music
I've been using this hotel as a quiet rest after partying and touring Thailand for some years normally for two or three days complete R and R. So I have never used the Night Club or hotel bar.
Smart TV actually works. Aircon and lights and good showers
Staff great especially the cleaners
I love the place and intend to keep on using it

DDezhengjianxiuI stayed here ten years ago when I first visited Bangkok, and it's still great! The room is huge, and it's incredibly quiet at night. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and it's not too far from the Sala Daeng BTS station. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice touch, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. My only minor complaint is that they didn't change the bedsheets during my 7-day stay. The hotel is right next to the Mahanakhon Pixel Tower, and the 20th floor offers a fantastic spot for photos.

GGuest UserI was on a budget, and honestly, this was a good place to stay for the price. The room is simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent; you can step out onto the skywalk and immediately walk to the Airport Link station, where you'll find numerous of street food stalls. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, perfect if you want to try local cuisine.

GGuest UserThe hotel building is a bit old, but since I mainly needed it for sleeping, it was acceptable for the price. The rate included breakfast.
Breakfast was quite local, mostly Thai food, very much like a rice and curry style meal. The taste wasn’t bad, and there were almost ten dishes to choose from. However, guests expecting a typical hotel style western breakfast might be disappointed.
The swimming pool was a bit dirty. My room itself was okay, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the air conditioner was very loud. Luckily I’m an easy sleeper.
The service was not bad but not great either. It felt like there weren’t enough staff for the amount of work. For example, in the morning the dining area was quite messy, food wasn’t refilled, some dishes were almost empty, used plates were left on tables and overall it looked unprofessional and dirty.
On the positive side, parking is convenient. There’s a 7-11 nearby and the area is easy to get around with plenty of places to eat

MMitchelI had a very pleasant stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit during my recent visit to Bangkok. The location is excellent, situated in the Sukhumvit area and within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest after a busy day in Bangkok.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Bangkok. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
