4-Star Hotels in Bangkok

My last business trip stay here was in 2023, and I decided to choose this hotel again for my latest business trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room still looked very new and was very clean. The concierge staff were very friendly and attentive. They came out immediately to help with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car, which was a really nice touch. The housekeeping was also excellent, and the staff were always helpful whenever I needed anything. MRT station just in front of the hotel and there is 7-11 shop nearby. Overall, it was another pleasant and comfortable stay, and I’m glad I chose to come back.

The high-floor room was pretty good, with nice views. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about 400-500 meters. The doorman was very enthusiastic and professional; he could help call a tuk-tuk, taxi, or even arrange a private car right outside. If you don't eat at the ground floor restaurant, other eateries are a bit of a trek. Some of the receptionists weren't very proficient and lacked flexibility. We booked two rooms but were assigned to different floors. It took a long time to sort out, and only the manager could resolve it.

My fourth stay at Courtyard, and it's really convenient. There's a park just a 10-minute walk away, and the shopping area is great. This time, I even got to enjoy an early morning run. The lobby still smells, haha, and rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but the amenities are good, and it's great value for money. On the second day, I asked them to fold two elephants for me when I extended my stay, and it was a fun surprise when I got back! The front desk service is also excellent.

The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The room was quite nice and clean, but the one I stayed in faced the street and was too bright from the sun. The bathroom was spacious. It's close to a department store. Overall, it's good.

My overall stay in Bangkok was great this time. The hotel's location is quite convenient, making it easy to get to major city attractions, malls, and restaurants. The surrounding area is also relatively quiet, so it doesn't feel overly noisy. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The space felt more comfortable than expected. Both the bedding and bathroom experience were good, making it very relaxing to return and rest after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's public areas also have a nice design, and the overall atmosphere is quite suitable for tourists visiting Bangkok. The staff were very helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. They were also prompt in assisting with any issues. If you're visiting Bangkok for the first time or prioritize a hotel's location, environment, and overall experience, this hotel is worth considering. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area. However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room. Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area. The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.

Had an amazing time at Kingston Suites. Despite some bad reviews and the location and looks of the hotel from the outside, the lobby, the lift. The room itself was great. You are definitely getting more than what you pay for and at least what you paid for. Service was amazing, very prompt and responsive. Overall a good budget hotel for young couples. Loved the free upgrade and special effort from the hotel also to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Kingston Suites, I would definitely recommend and come back as well :)

The hotel is very convenient for long hours transit or a short stay. It has free airport shuttle and if you need it at a specific time they would also reserve the car for you. The market at the corner to the street near the hotel is nice for a stroll and try some street food!

So wonderful All staff are good I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. On our last day, they kindly stored our luggage—and even helped store my friend’s luggage although my friend wasn’t staying at the hotel. We truly appreciated their kindness! The location is also fantastic, very close to UOB LIVE and conveniently connected to public transportation. It was easy to get around Bangkok from here. Highly recommended, especially if you’re attending an event at UOB LIVE. We would definitely stay here again!
