GGuest UserThe room was comfortable and reasonably spacious for the price paid. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, with very limited options, which was unexpected. Also, they should think of adding coffee machine in room. The hotel’s location is a plus—close to a night market, with several bars and eateries nearby, making it easy to spend the evening out. The lobby area is large, but it feels somewhat quiet and lacks a lively atmosphere. Overall, a ok type stay mainly for the room size and location, but with room for improvement in breakfast and ambiance.

MM36443****Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is great, it's clean and hygienic, and the room is comfortable and quiet with excellent amenities. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and responsive. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Couldn't find a single fault with either the facilities or the service – excellent value for money. Highly recommend; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserAmazing hotel and the people who works there. Their location is superb, it is a respite away from the chaos and bustling to rest by the riverside and recharge. Easy access to the BTS at Sathorn stop that you can get to easily by the free boat shuttle from hotel or you can take a grab, they are alway at the hotel. Asiatica is close (walking distance from hotel) and you can spend many evenings for good food and a nice open air walk along river. The hotel has some amazing staff. From the Burmese pool helper Subhu to the restaurant helpers, Steven and Rama, pleasant and helpful,
The concierge and from desk jumps at every request and brings speedy responses. I believe management at this facility is testament of the great job the team is doing. The hotel is walking distance of many many eatery’s and conveniences like shops, money exchange, massages and laundry and anything you need.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserIt's a decent hotel to stay in Bangkok, away from the hustle of Sukhumvit area. It's clean, spacious and the service is nice. The staffs are very polite and gentle. The location is lovely, mix of local and expat. You have fruit seller in front of the alley and coffee shops are easy to find. It's very lay back quartier.

Eergo.ashwinGreat location and the rooms are modern, stylish and very well maintained. Nothing feels jaded and it feels like the hotel just opened, with the feeling of everything being new and pristine. Bathrooms are great and the view is superb if you get the city view. All the good malls and prime locations in Sukhumvit are just a short walk away and there's a lot of stores, restaurants and things to do within a radius of a few steps. Will definitely come back

CCedric_LMy stay at HOMM Sukhumvit 34 was genuinely impressive. Every single staff member I met was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They all made sure I had everything I needed at any moment. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. Because of them, the hotel truly felt like a home in the end.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well equipped. You feel comfortable the second you walk in.
One thing that could be improved: there’s only one key card per room, even if two people are staying together. It’s a bit inconvenient, but absolutely not a reason to hesitate recommending this hotel with full confidence.

GGuest UserBeat Warii is my first choice when staying in a Hostel in BANGKOK - Its riverside location combined with scenic views, friendly staff, well maintained facilities and spacious areas to co-work and chill is what truly works for me.
I also enjoy the showers with warm water, comfy beds with privacy binds, laundry facility , storage spaces for luggage, lockers for valuables and shoes, in-house cafe vibe, basket ball court, diverse guests and shared kitchen facilities.
This Hostel provides easy access to multiple transport modes and is close to night markets and has a wonderful local flavour.
For what it costs and for what you get, it is truly superb value.

BBrubrack TourI am a regular guest at the Furama Hotel in Silom and I usually appreciate the quality of your services as well as your warm welcome. During my last stay (from November 10 to 13, 2025, booking number ******************, hotel confirmation number ******************), I once again requested a room on a lower floor, as I usually do.
However, this time I had a very bad experience with room 716, which turned out to be a real nightmare.
The room was not clean: the walls were dirty and the paint was peeling, the sofa was very stained, and the glasses and cups provided for coffee or drinks were not very clean. The bedside table in the middle does not even fit between the two beds, as if it were too big for the available space. There was no chair in the room.
The air conditioning had broken blades and was noisy.
To make matters worse, the neighbors in the adjoining room 715 were extremely noisy.
I wanted to share this very disappointing experience, as it does not reflect the quality I have always known from your establishment. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the maintenance and comfort of this room so that this does not happen again in the future. Photos attached.
