Baiyoke Sky Hotel Bangkok

From the moment I stepped in, I felt the vibrant energy of this hotel. I was especially impressed by Chandrakant at the front desk, who made our check-in smooth and kindly made sure we received all our benefits. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the shopping area, which my daughters and I loved! The facilities are amazing, from the 360-degree rooftop pool and bar to the breakfast, café, and putting green. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team and all the staff for being so kind and providing excellent service. Everything was clean, safe, and fun. I’m definitely coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!"

Thank you Baiyoke and trip.com! It was a superb location just beside pratunam market, we were given welcome drinks and ice cream for the kids, also given free access to observation deck and with superb breakfast buffet! No ghost issue! Will definetely stay here again!

The overall stay was really great. The location is good and near local market but a lot of tourists attractions were far away.

We stayed at Baiyoke Sky Hotel for a couple of days. The building is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious with a touch of modern style. The breakfast offers a lot of choices. The staff were accommodating, and the facilities were good—especially the free access to the observation deck, where you can enjoy views of Bangkok’s skyscrapers. We will definitely come back again.

we had stayed on 59th floor in sky suite and it was remarkable, i will never forget the waking up with the amazing view. breakfast was quite ok with variety of international options. location was good, its close to popular places and skytrain. you can reach all touristic locations by skytrain which is only 2 mins walking to hotel.

We were staying in a corner room, which was connected to another room. On our first day, the lock on one of the rooms was broken and couldn't be opened from the inside. We went to the lobby, and they just reactivated the room key and told us to try again, but it still didn't work. So I called the lobby, and about 20 minutes later someone came to check on the door, took a video, said they would send someone to fix it, and then left. We waited for two hours, but no one came. So we called the same number to inquire, but the person there told us to call another number. After connecting to that number, they said they would transfer us to another number, which led to another long wait, and finally, no one answered. Since we had other plans, we went downstairs to the lobby to talk to them and arranged for cleaning to be done once the door was fixed. Three hours later, we returned and asked in the lobby if our door was repaired. The staff member answered our question impatiently and rolled their eyes. However, all the other service staff were very nice and had excellent service attitudes.

They upgraded my room. They even went fo the extend to decorate my room for my anniversary with my darling. It has a nice view and location is great.
