The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam Bangkok

My overall experience at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Palladium World Shopping, and just a few minutes' walk to Pratunam Market, Big C, and CentralWorld. Shopping is an absolute breeze with no transportation worries. The room was more spacious than I expected. The twin room was very comfortable, the beds were great, and the room was generally clean and tidy with excellent housekeeping every day. Although not the most modern design, it's well-maintained and very pleasant to stay in. What I loved most was the breakfast. The selection was extensive, featuring freshly made noodles, salads, fruits, bread, and Thai dishes. The restaurant also has large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the Bangkok city view, which was incredibly relaxing. The high-rise pool is spacious and includes a children's play area, making it perfect for family trips or unwinding after a long day. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Considering the location, room size, and facilities, the value for money is truly excellent. If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok that's conveniently located for transport and shopping, has spacious rooms, a pool, and a fantastic breakfast, I would highly recommend The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Taking the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the station. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late, but the front desk upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel facilities are decent overall, and it's very quiet at night. You can catch a bus to the Grand Palace right across the street from the hotel, and Central is diagonally opposite at the intersection, making it super convenient.

The hotel is a 12-minute walk from Ratchaprarop (A7) Airport Rail Link station, and you can get there directly without transferring to the BTS. It's also close to Central World and Big C, which is great for evening strolls. After checking in, I noticed only hot water was coming out of the sink, so I immediately informed the front desk. They quickly sent a technician to fix it, which shows excellent service efficiency. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The only downside was the breakfast; by around 10 AM, there wasn't much left, and the restaurant staff seemed eager to clear up for lunch. The food was mainly Indian and Thai, and the taste was just average.

We stayed with 3 children aged 3, 12, and 16. We requested an early check-in in advance, but it wasn't provided. However, the location is top-notch, right next to 7/11, shopping malls, and the night market. Everything in the room was clean and working. There were a lot of Indian guests. We stayed in the north tower, which was a bit far from reception.

We stayed in the North Tower. While it was a bit inconvenient to have to switch elevators, we were very happy with all the facilities, including the swimming pool. The location is great too, directly connected to a shopping mall, and there's a convenience store and several fast-food options on the first floor.

The location was absolutely the best! There was a currency exchange with the best rates nearby, as well as a Khao Man Gai stall. As soon as you stepped out of the hotel, there was a night market, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast had a wide variety, and there were two pools which the kids absolutely loved! When we had trouble getting a taxi, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Great location, very close to the Airport Rail Link, about a 10-15 minute walk. It can be a bit inconvenient if it's raining. We stayed in the North Tower, which required changing elevators to get to our floor. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. Downstairs is very convenient with a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and Platinum Fashion Mall nearby. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.
