Excellent service as always. The front desk staff and housekeepers are always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast is delicious, although it's now a set menu with coffee, tea, and snacks. If you have any issues or need help, just ask. For example, I prefer a higher pillow, and the hotel always prepares one in my room without me even having to ask. I'm impressed every time; I always stay here when I visit.

The balcony was incredibly dirty, like it had never been cleaned. So, whether you book a balcony room or not, it really makes no difference because you wouldn't even want to step out there. My daughter's room had a stale, sour smell – a really strong, unpleasant odor! When we asked to have the duvet changed, the staff member actually told us that housekeeping had already finished for the day and we'd have to wait until tomorrow! What?! I was absolutely shocked! She then said that if we wanted the duvet changed, she couldn't upgrade our room and we'd have to switch back to the room we originally booked, as if she was throwing a tantrum. Of course, that was fine with us – the main point was that *she* automatically upgraded us, we didn't ask for it! However, other staff members were quite nice; they immediately changed the duvet for us once they smelled how bad it was. They also seemed to know there was an issue with that particular staff member and came up to apologize to us. The surrounding area is very convenient. But if you need to take a car to go out, remember to do so before 3 PM, because the Chinatown area gets really, really congested.

I like this hotel, it's pretty good in service. Maybe because of the group's Arawana title. But the location is in a narrow alley in the chinatown area, it's a bit uncomfortable especially the one with no window because every night I'm disturbed by strange sounds. But this place is quite safe and the service from the receptionist is very good. The location bery near with Wat Mangkon MRT Station.

The property is located near the heart of Sukhumvit, yet in a secluded and quiet spot. A complimentary tuk-tuk service is offered, but only during the day, to save you the five-minute walk to the main street. The room I was given was nice, spacious, and clean, with good lighting solutions. The bathroom had a few maintenance issues but was still comfortable. The room doesn't provide daily amenities (neither for personal hygiene nor for the kettle, which is present) except for two small bottles of water. However, there's a free coffee and chocolate machine in the lobby, and I must say the coffee was excellent, perhaps the best I've had in a hotel in Thailand. Free Wi-Fi is available but not outstanding. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool as it rained both days of my stay. For improvement, I would suggest a pressure limiter for the showerhead in the bathroom, as the water pressure is unmanageable for intimate areas, and a better in-room hospitality kit.

The hotel is located near Phaya Thai BTS Skytrain station. There's a walk from the station to the hotel alongside the railway, which felt a bit sketchy at night, like a stopover point (though there's also an alley entrance to the hotel that I didn't use). They require a cash deposit for check-in, and the hotel has its own restaurant. Inside, the hotel felt very secure, with key card access for the elevator. The room wasn't huge, but it was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay! 😊

Condo type hotel with bedroom and living room. Has a gym and sky deck and a shuttle to take you to the train station. It’s really a great place to stay. Very spacious, professional staffs and some good restaurants around the street

It's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.

With all the discounts you can get from Trip, the cheap price for booking a room in this hotel is really expected; you are staying in what you paid for. The rooms are satisfactory. If you spend most of the time out the entire day, it already genuinely fulfils your needs for sleeping and showering. Let's go through negatives first. While they clean rooms everyday, there are still cobwebs in the corners of the room and permanent stains on some walls and tiles. The worst experience was when we decided to use the electric kettle to boil water in but there was some stains inside that had already crusted since who knows when. When we wanted to use the microwave as an alternative, there was mold all over the inside. We wouldn't have known of this if ever we didn't opt using either one. It is also pretty shabby and old, and not that well-maintained. We stayed in four room types total and three beds were creaking at each slight movement, as if it were one movement away from breaking. True enough, one of the beds broke when one of us sat down. Also, in one room, there was some sort of leak seeping from the tiles and we don't know where it's coming from. For those who have sensitive skin like me, their beds kinda made me itchy but tolerable. However, those with dust allergies or rhinitis like me, be warned because some of the rooms got my nose to get stuffy. Also, the ground hall wherein the elevator is located smelled like **** so it was difficult for us who didn't smoke or like the smell of it to tolerate each time we entered the ground hall. Despite all these issues, they really make it a point to clean bare minimum so I'll give them points for that. I think this hotel is a better option for solo or pair travelers. For the good points, let's start with it being in an AMAZING location! Just 10-15 mins walk away from Silom MRT and 5 mins walk away from Chong Nonsi BTS, making it very accessible. Many places to buy food and drinks from around the area, too. And the most important thing to point out is the kindness of their staff. Honestly, there was a glitch in their system wherein I was booked the wrong room type. I was worried about the language barrier with this issue, but with a little negotiation and patience, the caretaker and I were able to settle on an alternative. Luckily, they still had rooms available, so I was able to get three different rooms before moving into the 3BR suite two days later. The staff owned up to the mistake and were thankful that we were able to settle on something. The entire time, they were so accommodating, and because of the mishap of our booking, they were extra friendly with us. I think the entire first three days (until we moved to the new room), the caretaker kept apologizing for the mishap. The staff were really great. They always greeted and engaged in a friendly conversation whenever possible. Remember the broken bed? They fixed it immediately! So I truly appreciated it. Also after check out, they allowed us to use our room for some more minutes past check-out time to use the bathroom when one of my company needed to use it again before leaving. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. Really, if you just needed a place to sleep and shower, this is good enough. Location is really the best feature of this place. Go for it for easy access to MRT, BTS, Convent Rd, and Silom. Would really recommend if you're not too picky with interior or amenities. My recommendation to the hotel, though, is making sure all the equipments in the rooms are clean like the microwave, cabinets, or even the shower drain.
