Amazing
DDaxianyunyoushijie## Prime Location & Accessibility
* This is an established luxury five-star hotel situated in the heart of Bangkok's commercial district. It's right next to the Erawan Shrine, and within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Central World, and Big C. The Chit Lom BTS station is just a stone's throw away, making both taxis and the Skytrain incredibly convenient for getting around.
* Ideal for business travelers, shoppers, and those who appreciate classic luxury. Younger guests seeking minimalist, modern design might find it a bit traditional.
## Facilities & Services
1. **Guest Rooms:** Recently renovated by Tony Chi, the rooms are elegant and comfortable with high-quality linens and excellent soundproofing. Some entry-level room sizes are a bit compact for a city-center hotel. Welcome fruits and well-stocked toiletries are provided.
2. **Dining:** Breakfast offers a good variety (Thai + Western). Erawan Tea Room is a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant, and the Executive Lounge service is consistently good. Some restaurant prices are on the higher side.
3. **Leisure:** The pool isn't huge, better suited for relaxation than extended swimming. The spa has an excellent reputation with professional therapists. The gym is open 24/7 with a full range of equipment.
4. **Service:** The front desk is efficient, and Globalist benefits are well-executed. Chinese-speaking staff are available. The hotel upholds the strong attention to detail and consistency expected of a long-standing five-star property.
5. **Ambiance:** Features a high-ceilinged lobby with a blend of European and Thai decor, exuding an 'Old Money' vibe. While well-maintained, it has a sense of history rather than a modern, minimalist aesthetic.

Amazing
GGuest UserThis stay at a five-star hotel in Bangkok was honestly such an unforgettable experience for us. We were visiting to celebrate our anniversary, and since we’re both pretty introverted, we didn’t mention anything special when making the reservation.
When we checked in today, the staff kindly asked about the purpose of our trip, and my husband mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff truly went above and beyond to prepare such an amazing surprise for us. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite on the 47th floor with a huge living room and an incredible night view of Bangkok.
When we came back from sightseeing later that day, we were completely overwhelmed by how thoughtful everything was. The room was filled with surprises and lovely details — delicious chocolates, champagne, roses, and even two swans folded from towels. We were deeply touched and honestly felt so emotional. It made our anniversary trip even more special and memorable.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay, highly recommend! Choosing the Jubilee Hotel for this business trip was an excellent decision! First off, I have to praise the room – it was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view, absolutely no feeling of being cramped. Enjoying breakfast by the sun-drenched window every morning, gazing out at the scenery, instantly brightened my mood and gave me more energy to start the workday.
The hotel's Chinese and Japanese restaurants were also a pleasant surprise; the food was incredibly authentic and delicious, completely exceeding my expectations. Plus, the location is super convenient, making getting around for work hassle-free. Next time I'm in Thailand for business, I won't hesitate to choose this place again!
CCangjiujieqiI stayed here around the same time last year, and this time I came with my kids again, plus an elder who's almost 70. I chose this hotel again because of its convenient location (the hotel provides a shuttle boat and there are tuk-tuks at the Ferris Wheel pier) and excellent value for money. This trip also had an unexpected surprise: in the long alley opposite 7-Eleven, across the road from the hotel (pictured in image 2), there's a local morning market. It probably starts in the early morning and is mostly packed up by noon. Walking through it gives you a great sense of local prices and daily life. The hotel's pool bar is now renovated this year, and the prices are still as delightful as ever.

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel in Silom, 15 minutes walk from Silom edge and BTS and 10 minutes from Lumphini park. Nice pool in the rooftop and a gym on the basement. Staff was perfect.

GGuest UserEverything was pretty good and service was amazing but it is kind of expensive considering the location isn‘t the very best. I just think that for this kind of pricing while not really beeing close to the center ( even though the Location is not terrible) your expect a lot more than you get. Regardless our room was pretty clean the view on the balcony was at most a 1 out of 10 but therefor the view on the rooftop was amazing and even though we didn‘t use it the pool looked great

GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel. We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was good. Nice environment. But the traffic in front of the hotel is too much. The staff are helpful.

JJo骆家婧As a solo female traveller, I booked this 5-star hotel hoping to recharge and relax before continuing my travels. I was surprised to arrive from my red eye flight to find there was a nightclub directly connected to the lobby, which was not clearly stated in the description. The noise was intense, it made checking in difficult and I didn’t sleep until around 6am on the first night. Unfortunately no other rooms were available to move to.
Reception were kind and helpful in moving me the following night, which I appreciated. However, I was told that room would likely also have road noise.
The room itself did not feel 5-star. The linen was ripped, the bathtub shower setup flooded the bathroom floor (which occurred in both rooms), and overall the maintenance felt lacking. However the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.
As someone travelling alone, feeling comfortable and well-rested really matters. Unfortunately, this did not reflect the standard I expect from a Marriott property.
