5-Star Hotels in Bangkok

I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall, and a train station, a large supermarket, and a shrine are all within walking distance. We had no trouble with dining or shopping. Every hotel staff member, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very pleasant. Especially, the welcome drink could be enjoyed at any time during our stay, and it was served at a rooftop bar with a great view.

The public areas and pool facilities are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the service is excellent, Chinese is spoken everywhere, and the hotel staff are very welcoming. We mainly stayed here to attend a concert; the location is convenient with a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Central Plaza Rama 9 and numerous dining options are just a 6-minute walk away. This is my second time staying here, and I am extremely satisfied! Although the lobby is currently under renovation and the front desk has been moved to the 2nd floor, it didn't affect the overall stay experience at all, and there were no noise issues.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is exceptionally soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a sound sleep at night. The front desk staff processed the check-in quickly, and it offers fantastic value for money! Lol

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

This is a newly opened hotel. We booked a two-bedroom unit, with one bedroom on the lower floor and another on the upper floor, along with two bathrooms. There is a central living area featuring a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an electric kettle, a capsule coffee machine, and a toaster. A baby cot (playpen) is provided free of charge for infants. For us, it was okay, though it doesn't feel 100% like a traditional hotel. It has more of a condo vibe since there are other residents living in the building. There are no bellboys to assist with luggage, but security guards are available to point out the luggage carts. Parking options include an automated parking system and an open parking lot at the back. As for breakfast, the selection is quite limited, but the taste is acceptable.

The service staff were excellent, from the bellboy to the check-in attendant. The room was clean and quite spacious. All toiletries were provided, and there were even 4 bottles of water! The bathroom had a bathtub, and the water pressure was good. The air conditioning in the room was refreshingly cool, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is located on Petchaburi Road, near an alley that connects to Sukhumvit 39. After checking out, it was easy to find some great restaurants around Sukhumvit. Overall, I really loved it and will definitely stay here again!

Deliberately booked outside the city. You can take the shuttle to the nearest station, or simply get a cheap Grab. The view from the pool/bar is nice, even though it's a bit out of the city center. We had the large apartment with 4 people. Absolutely sufficient.

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
