CCK97My wife and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary with a 3-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. Although not so modern, our room was luxurious and well maintained, providing all the comforts and amenities we needed. We especially looked forward to breakfast each morning, eager to enjoy the chef’s special of the day, which never disappointed and added a delightful start to our day. During our stay, we appreciated the convenient location near all the shopping malls and attractions. Overall, our experience at the Grand Hyatt Erawan was wonderful except for an evening where the shower area and all the taps only has hot water regardless turning on the cold or hot water tap. The technician team was quick in resolving the issue about 15-20 mins later. It made our 21st wedding anniversary extra special, and we will still come back for more anniversary celebrations. Highly recommended for couples or anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.

Also, they should think of adding coffee machine in room. The hotel’s location is a plus—close to a night market, with several bars and eateries nearby, making it easy to spend the evening out. The lobby area is large, but it feels somewhat quiet and lacks a lively atmosphere. Overall, a ok type stay mainly for the room size and location, but with room for improvement in breakfast and ambiance.

We were initially in room 309, but due to a strong odor from the bathroom drain, we were promptly moved to room 615, which was much better. The front desk staff were excellent, very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. The hotel offers a shuttle service to a nearby mall, but it's only one-way, which makes it less convenient and somewhat pointless without a return service. Breakfast was fantastic! The noodle soup and congee were particularly good, and the service staff were prompt in clearing plates. There was also a wide variety of fruits, so much so that we couldn't possibly try them all. Upon checking out, the bell staff proactively helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Their service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful.

SSummerfeverThe location is excellent, right by Exit 2 of Huai Khwang MRT station. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and nice, spoke fluent Chinese, so communication was a breeze. The room was super spacious. The hotel lobby was grand. There are plenty of food options nearby, including various hotpot restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Chinese supermarkets. On the second day of my stay, I woke up to find that all the lights in the room, except for the one by the door, had no power. I called room service, but my English isn't great, so I couldn't explain. I went down to the first floor and had a smooth conversation with the front desk. They told me to wait in my room. A phone call came through shortly after I got back to the room, saying an electrician was on the way, and then the power came back on right after I hung up.

I was charged a very reasonable discounted price, a lot of facilities included in room cost, swimming pool, steam, sauna, Gym, terrace relaxing area, free hourly shuttle boat to central pier, connecting to trains, and other boat services, 5 G WiFi, and room service staff very polite delivering fresh fruits every day, concierge staff very informative for local shops and attractions. Pic shows view from my room outdoor pool, riverside terrace, and hotel boat.

GGuest UserIt's a decent hotel to stay in Bangkok, away from the hustle of Sukhumvit area. It's clean, spacious and the service is nice. The staffs are very polite and gentle. The location is lovely, mix of local and expat. You have fruit seller in front of the alley and coffee shops are easy to find. It's very lay back quartier.

Eergo.ashwinGreat location and the rooms are modern, stylish and very well maintained. Nothing feels jaded and it feels like the hotel just opened, with the feeling of everything being new and pristine. Bathrooms are great and the view is superb if you get the city view. All the good malls and prime locations in Sukhumvit are just a short walk away and there's a lot of stores, restaurants and things to do within a radius of a few steps. Will definitely come back

YYibeibeibeiThe hotel facilities are new and comfortable. However, before we checked in, the staff's room inspection was lacking. We arrived on a red-eye flight and only went to bed at 5 AM. To our dismay, the smart speaker in the room alarm went off at around 8 AM. We were really disturbed by the noise, and our rest was completely ruined. The only drawback is the relatively inconvenient location. It's a 15-minute walk to the BTS station, which was fine since the weather was cool during our visit. It would have been quite a struggle if it had been hot. On the other hand, there are many great restaurants in the alleys opposite the BTS station.

匿匿名顧客Cleanliness undesirable as I found small cockroaches (see pics posted). Room spacious with air conditioning sufficient. But I dislike that the balcony is not accessible because the sliding door is fixed, otherwise the views from room would be very beautiful and open. Roof swimming pool look nice with good views of the city. Breakfast has variety but quality not good to me as the hot dishes are overcooked. Need 10 mins of walk to nearest metro station / the King Power tower with observatory deck, 20 mins walk to Patong Night Market. No decent restaurants nearby.
