"The room is tidy and complete. The location is close to restaurants, KFC, subways , bus stop, and Tankoo Li. The staff are helpful. Additional amenities like toothbrush toothpaste and comb are supplied upon check in. The staff carried my big luggage to my Tatami room upon check in and check out."

"Right at center of attraction spot. Upgraded to premium garden room which impressed when get in the room with the size and setup. Nice front desk willing to assist. In the alley along the Qianmen St, so no car can get inside. You will need to walk in from front road before entering this area. Amenities a bit aged but still well maintained. Love the king size bed."

"This is a truly amazing place to have a night between two flights. Free transfers (however, they pick up from Departures and drop you off at Arrivals :)). Super-friendly staff speaking good English. Free dinners!!!! I got a nice room upgrade for free! And a courtesy present at check-out. Very clean inside out and nice spacious rooms. Nice breakfast well worth the price with friends shown in the attached picture just outside the breakfast hall. In summary, highly recommended."

"We had a perfect stay in this hotel with special atmosphere and great services. The restaurant in the hotel is also good. The only minor issue for someone with limited mobility might be the absence of elevators. However, the staff helps with carrying the luggage to and from the room, so it is not a big problem for the guests who are able to climb the stairs."

"Fabulous stay! We loved staying at this hotel and were sad to leave it! The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. But most of all the staff members were so professional, helpful and friendly. They gave us free coins for the laundry room, extra water when we needed, free early check in at 7:30am, welcome sodas and a welcome gift of European biscuits to our room. We were very happy with this hotel and will be recommending to friends and family who come to China. We hope to come back again :)"

"As a Muslim traveller, this hotel was generally a pleasant stay. There’s a 24/7 convenience store just across the road, which is very handy. The rooms are spacious with a massive TV, though it’s a bit disappointing that Netflix and YouTube are only available in Chinese. The bathroom and shower area are clean, though the open ceiling means there’s a slight water smell at times. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I stayed here with my wife, and we both found the staff amazing. Breakfast was decent — not many halal options, but the kitchen staff were kind enough to make omelettes and accommodate us where possible. The “gym” is quite limited and not really a full gym setup, and water bottles are restricted. However, there’s a big working area, bike rentals nearby, and the location is fairly good overall. The restaurant next door serves excellent food with great quality. China basically majority if not all Green Chinese writing shop is usually halal"

A special shout-out to Apple, Leline, and all the lobby staff for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One memorable example was how they helped us sort out a parcel and even went the extra mile to deliver it directly to our room — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
