I was very satisfied with my stay! The room was small but exquisite, just right for one person, quiet and comfortable. My favorite feature was the wet and dry separation in the bathroom, keeping the sink area and shower distinct, which was very clean and convenient. The thoughtful details made for a great experience. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next solo trip.

An absolutely fantastic stay for my child's middle school entrance exam! It's incredibly close to No. 55 Middle School, just a 4-minute walk.燕飞 (Yanfei) was incredibly proactive during check-in, anticipating and addressing all our potential needs throughout our stay. They even arranged a late check-out until my child finished the exam, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest while accompanying my child. My friend spontaneously decided to join us, but unfortunately, the hotel showed as fully booked. However, Lucky magically managed to sort it out for us! Not only that, but after my friend had already checked in and left the front desk, Lucky called them to let them know a more ideal room type had become available and offered a discount of over 100 RMB, which they proactively refunded. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel also prepared a lunch buffet for exam candidates and parents at 48 RMB per person. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was a huge help in solving the lunch dilemma for parents. The food was nutritious, well-balanced with meat and vegetables, and flavorful without being heavy. Breakfast was also great and well-rounded nutritionally. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

The staff provided excellent service, handling guests with grace and offering meticulous care. Though the hotel is small, the rooms are cozy and the environment is quiet and uncluttered. It's located in Beijing's, or even the entire country's, only open high-end community, so you can imagine the sophisticated lifestyle amenities available. The venues within the complex for hosting friends and meetings are elegant and free from commercialization, making them an ideal choice. Being in the heart of the CBD, further explanation should be unnecessary!

Mercure Beijing Ritan International Trade Centre (Block B) is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with excellent transport links, right next to Ritan Park, and surrounded by a well-established commercial area. The hotel has a French-inspired, light luxury style. The lobby is exquisitely designed and perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and great soundproofing. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view. The service is warm, efficient, and responsive, with thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety and delicious taste. The facilities are comprehensive, with a practical and convenient gym and laundry room. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. Highly recommend!

In 2023, it underwent a complete renovation, now blending Swiss minimalist design with traditional Old Beijing Hutong culture, creating a harmonious fusion of East and West. The center offers extensive amenities, including a large banquet hall, multi-functional conference rooms, a heated swimming pool, and a fitness center, making it ideal for high-end conferences and business hospitality. Steeped in history, it has long hosted dignitaries from Hong Kong and Macau, as well as international VIPs, witnessing significant exchanges between Beijing, Hong Kong, and Macau. Combining business, residential, and social functions, its convenient transportation links and prime location make it an urban landmark with both historical significance and practical value.

I originally booked two nights at Shanshui Ju for over 400 a night, but after one night I couldn't stand it and checked out early. I then spontaneously booked this hotel for one night and was very pleasantly surprised! The room isn't big, but it's very cozy. You can see the neat folds in the bedding, the duvet is very soft and just the right thickness. The desk was dust-free, the tea set was clean and odorless, there were no mosquitoes or bugs, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Both a vanity mirror and a full-length mirror were provided, which is really important for a woman. The toilet was smart, the shower had a separate enclosure, and the water pressure was good. The staff were particularly enthusiastic, attentive, and polite. Room service deliveries were even brought by a robot. All in all, it was a very comfortable and pleasant surprise! The roses in the back garden were beautiful! And the roast duck next door was cheap.

We booked a family room and arrived at 11 AM. I thought I'd try asking if we could check in early, and to my pleasant surprise, the gentleman at the front desk enthusiastically arranged it for us. Many thanks! 🙏 Facilities: The family room was fully equipped, with two double beds, a kitchen, and a dining area – all complete. However, the overall feel of the room leaned more towards a guesthouse. (Though I'm not sure why the TV wasn't facing the beds?) The rooftop pool, while not large, offered stunning views and had a lifeguard, so I felt comfortable letting my child swim independently. Environment: The hotel's location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from both Jianguomen and Chaoyangmen subway stations. There are many attractions nearby, like Ritan Park, and plenty of shopping centers. The hotel had a lot of international guests and was relatively quiet. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully gave my child a small gift. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The facilities were complete, and the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. This will be my first choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

First and foremost, the location is excellent—being so close to the subway station made getting around Beijing incredibly convenient. I must give a special shout-out to the front desk staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, with bright smiles and such positive energy. As an international traveler, I often have questions or need assistance, and the team here went above and beyond to help me with everything. Their patience and support were truly appreciated! I also want to mention the housekeeping and maintenance staff; they were always friendly and greeted us with warm smiles, which made the stay feel very personal. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and the level of service is top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing!

The location is superb, just a short walk from the hospital, saving the child the hassle of traveling back and forth. The rooms were spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the tatami-style rooms prevented the child from falling out. It was also very quiet at night, allowing the child to sleep soundly. The staff were incredibly attentive, patiently answering all questions and providing drinking water and other necessities. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets, and transportation is convenient. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended for medical treatment and accommodation!
