Great! The room was very new and clean! The decor was cozy, the location was convenient, and most importantly, the price was excellent! I'm not sure if it's because it's a new opening, but the value for money is really high. The soundproofing is normal; you can hear people talking on the phone in the hallway. The window is a bit small, and I wish the TV was bigger, but for this price, I'm really satisfied.

The hotel is located in a semi-gated community, offering a quiet environment with no noise. The room isn't large, but it's perfect for a solo traveler. The bedding and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and they even provided complimentary bottled water and drinks. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly friendly and sweet, and she even upgraded my room for free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area. Oh, and the dumplings and 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant next door are delicious!

I've had Yunnan cuisine here before, and since the weekend rate was good, I quickly booked a stay. It's pretty good. They offer a complimentary drink upon check-in. It's clean and attention to detail is evident. The bed is quite comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. While there isn't a delivery robot, the hotel's swimming pool and spa are a definite plus. The Yunnan food is delicious. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent. The Gree air conditioning was also a huge plus. All the amenities provided in the room were top-notch, showing the hotel's attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the toothbrush was very pleasant to use, and the slippers were super comfy – all very thoughtful touches! The transportation around the hotel is also very convenient, and the Yunhua Pavilion restaurant nearby is absolutely delicious!

Every year, our industry conference is held at the old International Exhibition Center in Sanyuanqiao, so I always book the Royal Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient. This year, I was so busy with my business trip that I forgot to book a room in advance. In the end, I could only get a single room type for one night, meaning I'd have to switch rooms halfway through, which was a first for me. When checking in, I was assisted by Manager Gu. I explained to her that any room type would be fine, as long as I didn't have to change rooms during my stay. The hotel had a high occupancy rate that day, but after Manager Gu checked, she applied to her senior leader, Manager Li, and managed to switch me to an Executive Twin Room, so I wouldn't have to move. Manager Gu's service was incredibly professional and her attitude was excellent; she genuinely put the customer first. The professional service from both managers made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options, especially the freshly fried Chinese crullers (youtiao) – they're really crispy and highly recommended. The hotel's location is great, and although it's an older hotel, the service is incredibly personalized. It's definitely my top choice for business trips to Beijing, especially in the North 3rd Ring area.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's only about 100-200 meters from Zuojiazhuang subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's also quite close to Beijing's main attractions, a great choice for family travel.

I came to Beijing for an exhibition and found this place. It's in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the exhibition hall, just outside the door. The room is relatively small, but it's quite clean and meets most of my needs. It's pretty good.

Quite well situated hotel close to Dongzhimen station. The room was small but it served well as sleeping place which I needed. Quiet at night. WC wasn't at least in my case same as in pictures...

Remember that it seems to be booked at 6-7 at night, and it cost 135 yuan in a community. This season is also cheap. Looking at the outside is very broken. The decoration in the house is not bad. The bed was very comfortable and the place was a bit small. Such a little money is worth it.

Very good decoration style is fresh, the details are very careful, such as lighting, curtains and decorative paintings are very coordinated
