Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

The room was decent, clean, and the facilities were mostly complete. The only issue was the air conditioner's outdoor unit was quite noisy, which affected my sleep. The service was good; they proactively upgraded my room to a quieter one on the inner side. They also offer airport shuttle service, which is convenient for travelers with layovers. However, the shuttle vehicle itself was in poor condition, with damaged and dirty seats, making for an uncomfortable ride. Improving this would be a great enhancement.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, especially Terminal 2. The pickup service was excellent; we only waited about ten minutes at most after calling, and sometimes the car arrived even faster. Highly recommended! The hotel's facilities are also very good. You can order takeout, and the front desk accepts package deliveries. Everyone's service attitude was great, and the bed, duvet, and pillows were all very comfortable. The shower system was good too.

Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner.

Chose because of the transfer and price.Looks a bit worn out. Had to wait for the next available transfer because while the manager gave me info the car already left.But I get there so it is fine.A couple of cafes nearby and a small shop where you can buy snacks.No fridge in my room but I didn't needed it anyway. Smoke smell in the vent.But for the price it is fine.

It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

It's a chain hotel, and the Langliz Hotel Dongba Store boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient for both getting around and shopping. It's right next to Wanda Plaza and the Dongba subway station. The room was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All the in-room facilities were complete and functional, including a mini-fridge and easy-to-use smart room controls. The overall layout felt spacious and airy. The public areas were also very clean, with well-equipped amenities like a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive, making check-in and check-out efficient. The hotel's internet speed was fast, and parking was convenient. The overall service was thoughtful and attentive, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit, as well as recommend it to friends!

Service: The service was exceptionally good! They helped arrange taxis to and from the airport, and there was complimentary late-night supper. The service was incredibly thoughtful. I've stayed in many hotels in Beijing, and many across the country (China, excluding TW), and I believe this one offers some of the best value for money nationwide. I really love Longlong, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. I feel that their service is on par with Atour, and even better than many star-rated hotels. I booked this chain hotel for an early flight the next morning. It advertised free late-night congee from 8 PM to midnight. I arrived at 10 PM, but there was only a tiny bit of plain white congee left. When I asked the staff, they said they only provide congee and no other varieties. However, I've stayed at several Qiuguo chain hotels in Beijing before, and their late-night congee always included small buns, steamed rolls, biscuits, yogurt, etc., in addition to plain congee. I don't understand why different hotels under the same brand offer different things. Upon entering the room, I saw a small sign on the desk that read, 'Equipped with a fresh air ventilator,' and I knew it was for pay-per-use scanning, but I couldn't find the device anywhere in the room. Another sign said, 'Travel helper,' but I couldn't find that in the room either, and the staff didn't give me one at check-out. I've stayed at other hotels near the airport before, and the staff always gave out a small bag of travel essentials at check-out. It's not that I absolutely needed the free congee or the small complimentary items. It's more that I feel a bit misled. Anyway, if I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport the day before a business trip again, I definitely won't choose this one.
